MOD Pizza — Restaurant in Deer Park

walked in at 9:30pm on a saturday night and the workers immediately greeted us with frowned/annoyed faces. there was no one except us in this store. they started making comments on trying for us to leave and we felt very uncomfortable about this. they were also talking about negative customer interactions in front of us too which was odd. the kitchen looks very unsanitary and messy with toppings mixed in with others and random stuff in the sauces. there are 3 men total working on this shift. this store is open till 11pm but they turned the open light off and put all the chairs up the moment we walked in. if your store is open till 11pm, then why are they trying to close early? they were so preoccupied with talking about gambling, poker, blackjack, etc. amongst themselves that they haven’t put our pizza in the oven when it’s been 10 minutes just sitting out. my friend had to tell them to put the pizza in the oven… when we finally sat down to eat the pizza, there were fruit flies everywhere flying around. we are definitely feeling rushed to leave as we are sitting here trying to enjoy the OK pizza with burnt edges they made and it’s...

Very uncomfortable feeling came with my daughter the guy was barely applying the topics correctly even the people after me a father and a daughter were complaining that the father said can you please put more cheese as there is nothing and the guy did a face and went to the back to bring more our pizza wasn't the oven then was taken out and then the guys between them were talking to each other and one of them was doing like he's throwing up from how the pizza is when I saw the pizza large areas with no cheese at all . When I mentioned that look there is Barely cheese. The person attacked me right away by saying this is but bubbles air.. when he saw my face only then he asked if I would like that it will remade and I said no with this type of customer service I'm not interested anything but the people before me when she was very pretty looking girl they made the original pizza and made her a second one because the first one was not that great.

I hope the manager or the owner of this location will take this place and the employees and will have a good talk to them this was a very unpleasant...

OMG This was the BESTEST PIZZA EVER!! Last night was the very first time trying MOD Pizza. My daughter and her family eat here all the time and she sent me to get lemonade for her so I decided to try a pizza. I walked in so confused not knowing what to order or how to order then I heard this voice, it was Lily. She so that I needed some special help lol. She took her time asking me questions, told me about every ingredient and gave me her opinion about things. It was the best experience ever. I told her I wanted my pizza a little extra toasty and she made sure personally my pizza was cooked the way I wanted.

Lilly handled me well, she was very attentive, she took instruction well and she made my 1st experience at MOD Pizza one of the best experiences I have had in a long time and I am grateful for these moments. Thank you Lily, you are a great representative of this establishment and I will be back real soon. Oh yeah the spicy sauce, garlic and basil dipping sauce...
