Nice location to eat at, the chicken is pretty good and I would eat here if my choices were only McDonalds, Wendys, Burger King, or even Sonic.
Usually, they are quick with orders so props to the cooks and preps in the back working hard and not talking pointlessly as much as the kids at the window.
GM must be tired of being embarrassed and bothered by these obvious concerns for a business, and in the bunch.. some seem to be leads who also lead their team to embarrassment here and there. You usually see angry drivers walk in asking about missing items and you catch kids talking about everything from personal to sports like it's lunch time for them instead of the paying customers, when the real adults come out to take grip of operations they are overwhelmed almost. When those real leads are not visible these kids/leads are back to what they do best and it’s not work.
When milkshakes are made they are set on a silver table next to the ordering area, and.. they just sit there till someone who is half done or completely finished with their meal is wondering where that shake is. (To prevent this, PLEASE give them 60 seconds and check with them as to where your milkshake is and don’t expect it to float to your table. Always hold your receipt when talking to an employee.) if it’s been 3 minutes and your shake isn’t even made, talk to someone about it, talk to a manager and then post on Google map reviews to remind them of it for some time to come, hopefully they have a good chat with that employee.
For you delivery drivers, walk in and turn right, then you want to look up. “pick-up” no need to wonder what register you need to assault with an order confirmation display and don’t expect the app to be accurate when it says meal is ready because that app doesn’t know who is working there and doesn’t know the number of people ordering food at that point and time so maybe go easy on the coffee. Always have your phone when picking up an order or might as well go to work in PJs.
Many of the people who eat here don’t usually leave garbage like dipping sauces and pieces of food but there’s a good handful that leave such a mess that you thick a pack of chickens ate at that table. Would be best to send your most talkative kid to clean it, they might enjoy talking to the customers more and specially when they got jokes.
[[ Heads up for none regulars, warm coffee is made until 10:30am usually, that is when breakfast ends and lunch begins here, Spicy strips are still spicy and they don’t have none spicy ones, when you ask about allergen gloves please advice to let a co-worker spread the word to the kitchen. You ask for a meal that means you get waffle fries and a drink with that so don’t think you’ll get something else. When you ask for a kids meal you can choose breaded or grilled 5pc nuggets, it will come with small waffle fries, a kids small fountain drink (you are free to ask for ANY type of drink offered at the location) the toy/book can be replaced with ice cream cone or cup at the start or end of your visit. And Yes the sauces/dipping sauces are free (you can order 10 if you want and pay zero), price range for people to eat here is $5-$16 per person.

On Feb 22nd I ordered breakfast in (yes I love the egg white grill sandwich) and imagine my heart when I looked at the bag and saw this "Have A Great Day OnPurpose" Some won't understand how important this is to me and how this just made my day AND I know exactly who do this. I love the meaning of OnPurpose and I am always telling everyone I come in contact with to "Have a Great Day OnPurpose" I have been doing this for the past 10 years, now I own my own business which is named "OnPurpose Cleaning" So who I am and what I represent is OnPurpose so to see this bag with my "Motto" written on it was an humble moment for me.
Karolyne (I hope I spelled her name right) is the BEST!! Every time I pull up to the drive thru, whether she is accepting my payment or not, she always comes to the window to greet me with a smile, she has even introduced me to new items on the menu. My daughter Danielle introduced me to her a couple of months ago because she liked her customer service. People have to do their job and it's all good BUT to GO ABOVE AND BEYOND to display Great Customer Service is what sets people a part. From the short time of me visiting Chick-fil-A, Karolyne has taking the time to get to know me. I am so honored because this place is always crowded and she always takes time to make me feel special and what's crazy is I know she displays this kind of personal attention to other customers which makes her a valuable asset to this business. I will eat here more often not only because I love the food, but because if there is a chance I can see Karolyne I know it will be a great interaction.
THANK YOU Chick-fil-A for having a great team leader on your staff and THANK YOU Karolyne for being the best I have ever experienced in this type of environment, I talk a lot everywhere I go and it is nice to know that someone...
Read moreWe love Chick's breakfast food. However, the team at this location on Friday & Saturday mornings? The service is atrocious. I've sent this feedback through their website to this store many times and have never gotten a response so I'm sharing here.
I'm telling without exaggeration, at least 7 of the last 10 times I've ordered through the app and done mobile pickup (we do it a lot on Friday or Saturday mornings), what we received was wildly incorrect, something was missing, or the wait time was terrible.
And, when things are wrong, there's ZERO ACKNOWLEDGEMENT from this staff. One time, I got all the way home before noticing things were missing. Drove all the way back. They got me what was missing with a simple, "Here you go." - zero empathy for having missed breakfast with my family, for having driven all the way back, for my sandwich being cold by the time I got back.
Today, got to the store at 7:19am. Took 9 minutes to get my food...parked at the window with no acknowledgement from anyone that I was even there. 9 minutes may not sound long, but when you're sitting there and nobody pops out to say they know you're there and who you are seems like an eternity. At the 4 minute point, a woman walked to the window, pressed something on the monitor, and my app gave me a notification that "Your order is ready!" but then it took another 5 minutes to actually get it (which tells me one of their measures is turnaround time - she took credit for 4 minutes when it was 9). No "sorry for the wait" when the food finally came out. (They did get it correct this time)
We love the food. Afternoon & evening staffs seem great - and understand customer service well. However, the breakfast "service" is awful, not getting any better, happens every time we pickup, and nobody...
