i’ve came to this place numerous times over the past few months, and this chipotle sticks out to me as especially worse than the rest around the area.
if you eat here, you WILL be sorely disappointed the only upside here is they won’t say “uHm AcTuaLLy yOu cAn OnLy OrDeR biG quEsoDiLLas ONline onlY” so that’s good i guess, every other chipotle gets a kick out of denying you your big quesadilla. the chips are also gas but it’s hard to mess...

I went to this location after shopping At Deer park stores. I ordered online to make it easy for me to just pick up. I go in and there were 3 people waiting for their online orders. The person making the online krders in the back, would only come out when she had two different orders ready, but that would take her SEVERAL minutes. More people who ordered online kept coming in and waiting. Two customers asked about their orders and the cashier went to the back and got them in a second. They were ready already! Why didn’t anyone bring them out to the shelf? Anyway, it was finally just me and 5 other guys waiting for online orders. Mine finally came out along with two other orders.
I start walking to the exit and I decide to check my order before leaving. I ordered a veggie bowl. The veggie bowl had no guacamole and this was not communicated to me. I went back and they said I had to wait 5 MORE minutes.
When I got home, I realized the portion of food was very small to the palatine and Arlington Heights chipotle locations. I had ordered extra fajita peppers and was only given two slices. Also I was given the smallest sprinkle of cheese. I normally don’t ever finish a chipotle bowl in one seating, but this time I did because it was not much. Other people were going up complaining they weren’t given their drinks with their online order and also other complained they weren’t given the chips they paid for. Cashier said they were out of chips....

I came in early to work today with no food or water in my system. At 3pm I finally got to take my hour break. Starving, I drove my way over to the kilder chipotle to have lunch. I was met by a very long line that wasn’t moving. I gave them the benefit of the doubt. When I finally got to the counter 30 minutes later, I was met with a sigh and a roll of the eyes from a young girl serving. She forgot my burrito tortilla in the cooker and it was burnt when she pulled it out. She didn’t acknowledge me when I asked for a new one. I was given extremely small portions like it was coming out of her paycheck. Again I give them the benefit of the doubt. After 45 minutes of waiting I finally arrived at the checkout, only to find out that the system literally just when down and they were only accepting cash, even though there is a sign in the front that states they don’t accept cash. I didn’t have cash and told the what seemed to be manager that I’ve waited in this line for almost an hour and it’s your fault you can’t accept my payment. He said it was “bad luck” and that he couldn’t sell me my food. I walked away not trying to start a fight and saw him throw out my food. If your going to throw it out may as well give it to me for free. I ended up going to the McDonald’s down on rand and was welcomed with open arms. I will never set foot in that place again and I advise you to not give them...
