So I recently had an issue with an RMA I shipped through here. Likely 100% a messup on Google's part. They helped me work through the issue and find the package despite significant difficulty in doing so as I lost the receipt. The employees were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. For more detail read on.
I was returning a defective phone to google. Had printed out and boxed it up, dropped it off and 3 weeks later get a charge from google for not returning the phone. I go to check the tracking number and it had nothing. So I go into the store and start the seemingly hopeless process of finding this package, to which I had lost the dropoff receipt.
The first person I interacted with was very helpful took down the necessary information and said she'd call back by noon, she did exactly that. She was still waiting on some help from the manager. A couple days passed without contact, but I couldn't have done anything those days anyway. So Monday comes around and I stopped back in.
The manager was there, we chatted for a couple minutes. They had video of me dropping off the package, we just needed to find the tracking number. So they took some time to run through all the packages that went out that day to find the one that fit the parameters of the RMA. They found it and I was able to sort out the issue with Google. Very grateful they went out of their way to help me figure this out even pulling up camera footage and digging through raw data to help sort...
Read moreI never write reviews, but my recent experience at FedEx Mosaic was so incredible that I felt I should share. My husband and I found out very late on a Monday night, that no one had made programs for my father-in-laws out of town funeral that coming Saturday and it was now up to us. I went to FedEx on Tuesday in a panic, just to see if it would even be possible to first create and then print 150 programs. I spoke with the manager, Mohammed, who not only assured me they could do it, but talked me through how to do it. I ended up emailing him several copies, which, each time, he would print one copy out for me to see if the layout was correct, until I finally got it right. He was even helping me fold them and figure out which way looked the best. When it came time to finally print them all, he included a special promotional discount that I had no idea about and waived the same day fee, so that I would not have to pay extra to have them ready in time to leave for the funeral. Mohammed went above and beyond and was a huge support during a very difficult and overwhelming time. I highly recommend FedEx at the Mosaic and...
Read moreI don’t get why peeps are hating on this spot. I have certain expectations of a copy print Center. First, I expect it to be a FedEx Kinkos because I don’t know of any other print copy centers on Earth. Also, I expect them to be clean and I expect the employees to be professional and not actively hate my presence (like at the post office). I also expect them to have computers where I can access the internet in case aliens have landed and absconded with my THREE internet accessing devices (tablet, phone, laptop). I expect them to have nice printers and copiers because I don’t know anyone who has those except for my parents but they are weird. I except them to be able to handle my shipping requests in an efficient, reasonably priced, simple and friendly manner (this method is outlawed at the Post Office). This branch hits all these expectations for me. And you get to be at the Mosaic District so there’s all kinds of cool stuff to eat a short walk away. And free parking! Don’t believe the...
