I came in for a BIAB fill with Sue and had such a wonderful experience. From the moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a sweet lady at the front and the CUTEST most sweetest dog lol. My nail tech Sue was so sweet and talented as well. I could really tell she was really making sure everything was perfect. When booking online they have an option where you can upload a reference photo of what you want which I thought was so smart! my actual nails came out better than the reference photo lol. To top everything off, a few minutes into my appointment I realized there was a second dog, the most adorable corgi with the most beautiful eyes lol. He even decided to plop down next to me and take a long nap while i was getting my nails done. I really loved the atmosphere here. Not only was the service great, everyone was so nice, and the atmosphere of the salon was bright and lively. I highly recommend this salon and cannot wait to come back :)
Updated 8/17/25...I had to drop a few stars due to my most recent experience. I went in a few days ago for another biab refill. Due to last minute scheduling I decided to go with a new nail tech. I wasn't worried because my last few experiences were so great. Unfortunately, even though my nail tech was very sweet, it seemed she wasnāt as experienced with BIAB. The application came out very uneven ā the gel isnāt smooth or leveled, there are noticeable lumps and bumps on several nails, and some nails are completely flat with no natural curve. It was especially bad on my middle right finger, where the bumps are really severe. At the time of service, I did not notice these thing because i just trusted that she knew what she was doing. It was also incredibly busy that day so I didn't really have the chance to look carefully at my hands. I was happy with the service, thanked my nail tech and paid and left. It wasn't until i got home and took a closer look that i realized how bad the leveling was. When you look from the top the nails look ok, but when you look from the side you can clearly see lumps and bumps on the nails.The middle finger on my right hand is extremely noticeable. The whole nail looks so warped. I emailed the salon asking if I could at least have that nail redone, but I havenāt received any response. Thatās what I found most frustrating. Iām really not the type to complain, and I hesitated to even write this review because I donāt like leaving negative feedback. But i specifically reached out through their website so i could resolve this issue quietly. The last time I had got other things done by a male nail technician and he has been great, but this time since I had done a walk in this lady took me in and quite frankly that had been the most disappointing and disrespectful experience I have ever had. This lady had an attitude towards me ever since she started my pedicure and I get that it could be that she was having a bad day or whatever but she was so rude and the whole time had an attitude towards me to the point that my friend I was with noticed. She took less time doing my pedicure than others(I suppose she was in a hurry or something?) then I got transferred to the table to get my manicure done(gel) she hurt me when filing my nails and on top of that the nails did not even look anything like what I asked for, but I still didn't want to complain because I do not like to confront people(but thinking about it I shouldāve done it). Once she putting the finishing touches on my mani I saw one of the nails on my left foot had gotten messed up so I let her know about it and she gave me this really irritated look like I was some inconvenience to her and rolled her eyes and said "you messed up? " I felt horrible because never in my life I felt like I was being disrespectful to a person like this when I was paying her to work?. My two services were about $100 and even after all that disrespect attitude I still tipped her. But nonetheless my intention was to not say a word and not post a word, but today on a Thursday when it hasn't even been a week that I went to get my nails done they are like peeling? And I'm guessing it was because she did it wrongā¦because the entire time she acted as if I was an inconvenience trying to get rid of me as quickly as possible. It totally sucks because I used to like this place, but I don't think I'm ever going back because I don't want to see this lady face! I donāt want to come back in or answer calls anymore because I donāt like dealing with the front desk staff. The parking is challenging which makes it easy to be late to your appointment. Making appointments online doesnāt matter because they will always call (way too many times) and ask you to change the time to earlier and then publicly shame you if youāre late. Additionally, I enrolled in the membership which is supposed to give you discounts. They applied it incorrectly and I was penalized for it which hurts my cash flow as nail treatments here are very expensive. They also over charged my friends today who I referred to the salon. They even charge to file your nails down. And I did not get the feeling from the front desk that she actually wants my business after Iāve spent thousands here.
