I am leaving this review because I asked for a ticket I purchased (as a totally refundable ticket) to be refunded. I had great suspicion about this company as I initially thought I was calling Air France directly. They booked my flight and several weeks later, thank goodness I checked the flight status because my seat assignment I purchased was suddenly changed without any notification. Then when I called to inquire why they would do that, I was told it was the airline that changed the flight. After I hung up with the agent, thinking things were taken care of (although still feeling a bit suspicious) I logged back in only to find out my connecting flight had also been changed to a different time that was not going to work for me. Had I not been diligent about checking my flight status (although still 4 months from departure) I would have been screwed. I called back and was told the “back office” made a mistake and that they would fix it and send me a new confirmation email within 24hr. The following day, after 24hrs, no email confirmation. At this point, I just wanted to cancel the flight and get a refund because I’m flying out of the country and can’t take a chance on mistakes happening again. When I called and asked them to cancel, they told me the “back office” would have to contact me. Once they called me back, they were quite rude. They said they would reverse the charge. I asked if they would send me an email stating the cancellation had occurred. He said “yes” and literally hung up on me. I was not going to report this incident, but because I have not received any confirmation of a cancellation, I feel I was scammed. Reputable companies would not act in this manner. I also think this company is being extremely deceptive by linking their phone number in google to mislead you into thinking you are calling Air France directly. I was told the reasons for the mistakes was all “human error” and that “these things happen” I’m sorry, but “these things” can’t happen when I’ve paid a LOT for a ticket and traveling outside...

I was misled over the phone by agent Grace while trying to contact emirates and was told “ they are Emirates airlines” and then told when I enquired as to I was receiving the emailed credit card authorisation from a different company that “they work for emirates” flight change would be $497 USD. I asked what the price difference was for changing my flight with them vs Emirates directly and was clearly told there was “no difference, we work for emirates it’s the same”. I canceled the transaction and contacted Emirates who charged me $136 USD for the same flight change.
