Where’s the best place to go for a kid to be a kid? You guessed it, it’s @chuckecheese! I had too many great memories with my family and friends at Chuck E. Cheese when I was young, and I’m so excited to be able to come back to play at this family fun center with my son and husband. With their fresh new look, games, and delicious food, you can spend a whole day at Chuck E. Cheese and then want to come back the next day. And now that you’re already planning your trip in, I want you to download the @chuckecheese app and use code LESH20 under OFFERS to unlock 20% off one 60-minute All You Can Play Card - valid at the Wilmington fun center until 12/20/2022. #ad #NowWithMoreWow #chuckecheese

I recently visited Chuck E. Cheese and generally had a decent experience. The location was tidy, the games were working well, and the staff was active and attentive. The tables were clean, which made for a positive atmosphere. However, I am giving this location only one star due to a significant issue we encountered. While my wife was purchasing game credits and ordering food, she handed a $100 bill to the cashier. The cashier took the bill to the back, presumably to check it, and returned, saying they weren't serving food—despite just serving the person ahead of my wife. The cashier then insisted my wife pay for the credits without acknowledging the $100 bill she'd already given. When my wife pointed this out, the cashier initially denied receiving the money until my wife asked for a manager. The cashier suddenly remembered and retrieved the bill from the back. Despite mentioning this to the manager, no apparent action was taken. Another customer behind my wife experienced the same issue, suggesting a potential scam where distracted parents might end up paying twice. I'm grateful my wife wasn't distracted because I was with our son, so she was attentive to the transaction. The overall atmosphere and other aspects of the visit were pleasant, with Chuck E. Cheese himself doing a good job entertaining, and a party that was well managed. However, the handling of the cashier incident and the seeming lack of response from management are concerning. Until this issue is resolved, I won't be returning to this location. Update: I initially submitted a formal complaint regarding my experience, as my primary concern was to prevent similar incidents from occurring to others. I considered the situation a form of theft, particularly in an environment where parents may be easily distracted. On Friday, March 21st, 2025, at 5:13 PM, I received an email from guest relations. "We wanted to ensure she got that full $100 bill back. Again, we apologize for the inconveniences and assure you these issues are being addressed. The location did report having to close the kitchen due to an issue that caused delays. As previously stated, your feedback has been shared with the District Manager and his team to address this immediately." I greatly appreciate the prompt and attentive communication from their team in addressing my concerns. I plan to revisit this location to reassess my experience, and I am hopeful that I can update my review positively based on future visits.

Sooooo disappointed in the changes in the last year...since my son's birthday last year they have got rid of the ENTIRE animatronic band...even Chuck E....they were one of the last few stores to have the entire Munch band intact and i thought it looked in great shape too. Our party hostess for his party this year said they covered them up with a wall because some of them had too many repairs and Pasquale had no head anymore...all they have now is the lame video screen like every other store in major cities with the newly designed Chuck E costume which i cant stand either and most of the ticket redemption machines were broken, as well as quite a few games and rides..they got rid of my sons favorite ride (the life size horse race game) and the pizza recipe was changed AGAIN and was disgusting and we barely touched it after paying $50 for 3 pizzas. Needless to say we wont be back and the only good thing i could say is i liked our hostess and the new Chuck E. song he gets the kids to dance too. If i had the money i would pay to repair the animatronic band myself and either bring it to another store that cares or find ann investor that does but its probably a lost cause...so sad but its a part of my childhood that i will always remember and love and was ecstatic that they still had them and my son loved them just as much as me even at 1 year old..now at 3 its already gone and i felt sooo bad..as you can see in the pictures no stage at all just a big old wall with two video screens

My visit with this location was absolutely horrible! I had a birthday party for my son and we had the worse possible time ever. First I was told to arrive to the party 30 minutes early so that me and the host could set everything up (my party was 3-5pm). I was not approached by the host until 3pm. I was then brought to my table and waited until 3:15pm, for the host to come over and take the food order. My guest and I then waited until 3:30pm to get the unlimited game cards that came with the party package. We were then told to go back to the table by 3:45 to receive our food. I asked if we could get extended time since the party did not start until 3:30pm. The manager/host, Shawna told us no. Shawna then proceeded to tell us that a worker called off and she was doing 3 parties by herself. That has nothing to do with me and my party. I then proceeded to grab all of my party guest at 3:45pm and we all went to the table. I had to search around the place to find Shawna, to see where the food was. We finally found her and we were missing drinks and plates. After we all ate, it was then time for the live show. While the party guest and I were upfront, my son's bike and helmet were stolen from our table. We ended the party then, and we didn't even break open the pinata. We ended up finding my son's bike by an exit and his helmet in a corner. The host/manager, Shawna, was not watching our table. This could have all been prevented if there was a personal host per party. We also spoke with the other manager, Dwayne, and we received nothing but attitude. When it came to check out Shawna took money off, but she stated I was supposed to get an email that would be a survey. She then proceeded to tell me to lie about our experience, because that really affected the store. I never received an email since the party, and I have a feeling they didn't send it because they knew what I was going to say. One week later I received a call from the general manager, that happened to be off that day, and she stated that she would send me a family pass to their store with a free large pizza in the mail. She said it would be delivered in two days. I have never received anything, and it has been 5-6 days. This store is horrible and requires new management. I don't want anyone wasting their money at that...

Very nice remodeled establishment. We went on a Monday my grandbabies, my daughter and I. No one was there at 11:30 am. It was wonderful. Had the whole place to ourselves. The babies, (girl 2 boy 3) had a wonderful time. Playing with the "Moveable dance floor"! (Wish I could have one installed in our house.) The dance floor had all of the Chuck E. Cheese characters on it. Every time the toddlers would move closer to the characters, they would go in the opposite direction. As if to be running away from them. That alone, Kept them occupied for a couple of hours. They had a huge video screen that played music and videos for their age group. Couldn't say enough good things about the place. Went back again on that Wednesday A lot more crowded. (Was expected) The thing I wasn't expecting was that some of the toddlers games were missing balls. And some other objects that mad it impossible to play the games!! I couldn't believe in 2 days someone was rude enough to possibly break a game and not "Report" it. Everyone was trying to play the game but it just took the card money and never gave you what you needed to pay the game. Of course everyone was running around with their children not worried about the game not working or not. It just happened to be my granddaughters favorite game. So, of course I had to go say something. I never did see anyone come over to fix the problem. We were going to have my grandson 3rd birthday party there. If this is the way it's going to be. I'm thinking twice about that too. It's a shame that some people have to spoil...
