Parking was easy, plenty of parking in front of the building.

This is a large restaurant in the front of what looks like a fairly new apt/condo community. This is part of the Platinum Dining Group, and they have a Taverna location right beside them. Pretty smooth move right there if you ask me. The restaurant is beautiful inside. Both Alex and I were pretty blown away by how aesthetically pleasing this place truly is. They have a small patio outside for dining as well. The service in here is top notch. We sat at the bar, and our bartender took good care of us throughout our stay. Let's get this going!

I ordered a Tradicional Marg. It was good, a little on the tart side, but tolerable. I fixed it by dropping the coffee straws, and sipping from the glass using the salt to balance the tart. This got me where I was going. I also ordered a Modelo draft which was cold and refreshing. They have an excellent tequila selection with decent price points. After lunch we did shots of Julio 1942 at $18 a piece. Not great, not terrible.

Chips & Salsa!!!!!!! Chips...house made, warm, little touch of oil on some, solid chip. Salsa...OMG! This is what I'm talking about right here. It was fantastic! Pureed hard with a perfect blend of fresh ingredients. It had a strong cilantro presence that I always love. I could drink this stuff. The only complaint is that the ratio wasn't good to the chips. We had alot of left over chips.

I ordered ELC Street Corn: chipotle mayo, cotija cheese, cilantro. $10. This comes out in 4 small grilled ears. This street corn mix is out of control delicious. Alex doesn't even like corn and this changed his life forever. There is a reason that it's the current cover photo right now. Even the corn that was blackened was fabulous. I ate one the next day without heating it and it was still amazing. Do yourself a favor, and stab one of the ends with a fork. Tips and tricks folks!

I ordered Fish Tacos: crispy sea bass, cabbage slaw, chipotle mayo, pickled chilis. $12 for 2 or $17 for 3. This is just delicious with the flavors going on here. The fish was cooked perfect, crispy, and the batter was on point. The slaw, mayo, and chilis took it to the next level. My only gripe is the fish could have a better ratio to the tortilla. My end bites were tortilla and slaw. Tortillas are fresh and taste good. Black beans and rice were uninspired and boring. Nothing about them stood out to make them more than just basic.

I ordered Pastor Tacos: slow roasted pork, grilled pineapple, avocado crema, radish. $11 for 2 or $16 for 3. Meat was marinaded/seasoned to perfection. I had a hard time putting these down. Some of the best pastor tacos I've had out here in the 302. The tacos here are pricey, but I'd still get them again. Quality chef work going on over here at the ELC.

Alex ordered the carnitas enchiladas and will explain how they were below in the comments. I tried a bite and thought they had some excellent flavors...

Outstanding! Entering the doors into the new developed building, the energy was so inviting! With big windows, tons of sunlight shine in on the beautiful pallet created. The décor is bar-none. It has a California-Santa Fe vibe. Pops of color with green plants to compliment the Spanish tile and custom murals. The bar is by far the most beautiful in town! Centered in the middle of the restaurant, seats to go all around, it’s really the focal point of the space. The kitchen is open but slightly blocked with a service station and green plants to give you just a peak at their craft. The drink list has many options and specialty margaritas. I ordered the Jalapeno-Cucumber with Chili Salted Rim. It was delightful! We decided to try the calamari. Wow!! The flavors were out of this world. Then we ordered tacos. SEABASS!! Ahh, my absolute favorite. Seeing that in a taco was pure bliss. Having to just gone to San Diego, the tacos were just like the ones there; simple but filled with so much flavor. They also come with a sweet dish of rice and beans. My husband said, “I’m not a big bean fan, but these are so good!” We ended our meal with churros! Ahh, they were covered in chocolate and they didn’t hold back on the serving! Service was excellent as well. Our server was very attentive and happy to be there. The managers were greeting tables and engaging with the guests. The music was a it too! I can’t wait to go back. It will surely be our new spot. Just what North...

Came here after a movie date with my boyfriend. Awesome first impression as you pull up to the place, nice contemporary look, then you walk inside and the atmosphere is absolutely breathtaking! What a beautiful place, so fun and textured. Was greeted with a smile from the host and quickly seated. Didn’t take long for our server to grab us drink, and complimentary chips and salsa! That is always a plus! We ordered the bacon wrapped jalapeño's, they were absolutely delicious even the creama was awesome. Definitely wouldn’t recommend if you are sensitive to spicy foods because, damn my tongue was on fire lol but i love the heat. For entrees we both went with tacos i got the al pastor tacos (meat was so tender and flavorful) and my man got the crispy shrimp tacos, both were very tasty i mean this place is great for flavor everything takes you on a flavor roller coasters! Rice and beans we’re our sides and they were great as well i seriously don’t have anything bad to say about this place, nothing! Anther plus is management seems to be very great and attentive in this place, seemed to be at least two managers on the shift that we attended. Always a good sign when you can tell a place is well managed. Overall amazing place well deserving on 5 starts. Clean, stylish and delicious! Would recommend stopping by if your near the joint! Shout out to our server Hannah thank you for such a...

This was our very first time at this Mexican restaurant. Free parking outside the restaurant. There’s bar seating, outdoor seating & standard seating. Service & staffs were good. Restroom was fairly modernized & clean. Restaurant is also modernized & well-lit. Utensils were clean. We ordered the Trio taco varieties 🌮 (crispy shrimp 🍤, fish, & chicken), all 3 were amazing flavors, but our favorite was the Crispy Shrimp amongst the 3. We also got the 16 Spice Chicken Fajita & our daughters loved it! The chips & guacamole 🥑 were refreshing! We love trying out different Mexican restaurant’s in-house spicy sauces. This one had one of the better ones we’ve tried. Lots of different ingredients and spices in it, complements well with our tacos! We’ll be back to try out other things on their menu. 🥰👍😋
