I would call this Furniture Row location the king of no customer service. We ordered our dining room set in the beginning of October with delivery scheduled for December. In December, we called, the chairs were in the local warehouse but the table wouldn’t be available until January. We called yesterday and spoke with Jo, our sales lady, and the assistant manager on duty. We we told the table was now delayed until April. There were no real managers available to speak with us (because they were all off on Friday, according to Jo. I told her this type of delay was unacceptable and they needed to make this right. I told her they should be willing to loan us the show room display until ours came in. Sort of a show of good faith, in my opinion. She said she would text the manager and call me back today. Guess what? She lied, just to get me off the phone. Saturday ended and there was no call from Furniture Row. I don’t know how other Furniture Row stores treat their customers but I would say, the Pharr store, lacks integrity and has no idea what true customer service is about. They have $2,200.00 of our money and we have no furniture. In the interest of full disclosure, they have our chairs. Unfortunately, dining room chairs are worthless without a dining room table. Of course their excuse is COVID, which has been around for 2 years. It’s about time thry quit blaming COVID for their inability to provide a purchased product, in a timely manner. We’re now 10 months out and still don’t have our dining room table. Now they are saying it might be here by Late AUGUST! I called Furniture Row customer service and explained that we had been lied to since we were supposed to receive monthly updates from the store manager. We never got the updates. The customer service gent said he would have a regional manager call me. 24 hours later and still no call from the regional manager. True...
Read moreFirst time shopping at furniture row and I purchased a 500 dollar desk that I was in love with. Their furniture pieces are good quality and very classical in design. I couldn't give this place 5 stars because at the time of purchase I specifically said I wanted my desk assembled. They stated it would take 1 week to get the desk in and assembled. 1 week later and I never got a call or notice that my desk was in. I called them myself and asked if my desk was in, in which they replied yes. When I asked if it was assembled too they said no, that it didn't say it needed to be assembled. Of course I was a little bothered but I just corrected them and said yes I wanted it assembled and asked if I could pick it up the next day to which they replied- yes. Next day comes and again I receive no call by 4 pm. I call again and ask "is my desk ready to pick" to which they reply... "uhm we didn't know it needed assembly". Then I become really upset and ask to speak with a manager. The assistant manager was very polite, professional, and apologized and said he would have my desk ready in 2 hours. I wish I could remember his name... but I remember that it was a male for sure. It was ready to go by 6 pm and I appreciate their haste and apologies. This place needs better communication with their customers but I'd be willing to give this place a second chance for fixing their mistake...

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS SECOND EXPERIENCE. Skip Furniture Row for your furniture. We went in to purchase a brand new bedroom set for my mother in law and we SPECIFICALLY asked if it would be delivered before Oct. 8th (4 weeks from when we were buying) and we were SPECIFICALLY told 2-3 weeks. It is now 3 days past 3 weeks. We move Friday. We still don’t have furniture. We were supposed to be called by Jenna on Sunday, we never heard from her. We had to call AGAIN looking for FURNITURE WE PAID IN FULL FOR. And we were told the bed was still in Denver. If you enjoy being taken advantage of, by all means try them out.
