I loved the multiple flavors of frozen yogurt! It was really yummy and being the person I am I added a little of each flavor into my cup. My favorites were the Tarro and the dragon fruit! We actually choose to go here for boba and frozen yogurt, but they do have tons of other things on their mene. It's a really nice environment and it's really pretty (It was kinda sad that their ivies were dying but honestly I don't know how you would even water them). Loved the variety of seating but I think you guys should fix the hole in the wall from people swing (Cool idea, badly executed. Would suggest putting a cushion on the chair or the wall, like a headboard maybe, to avoid the holes). The claw machine is cool but the neon lights kinda throws the whole vibe off. My last pice of feedback is to teach employees to engage with customers, the young lady there didn't greet anyone the whole time we were there. "Hi welcome to Black Mint!" Or "Thanks for coming, have a great day!" This helps your customers feel like you care and will make them more likely to come back. Also not everyone knows how frozen yogurt works, not engaging can leave your customers clueless and feeling unattended. A simple solution is saying the following, 1) asking if it's their first time?, 2) explain how frozen yogurt works (if needed), 3) explain how the cost works (price depends on weight). Over all would come again, love your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI ordered a smoothie with bobas and got a very sour watered down smoothie and had to remind them to add the tapioca. The way it tasted just didnāt sit right and I let them know it tasted sour and the 2 counter girls were insistent what I was tasting was the yogurt, I told them Iāve always ordered it and itās never tasted like that. They proceeded to tell me I have to order it a different way and ask for a boba tea. I was so confused because I said I wanted it in smoothie form (blended) and she said well both forms are blended and laughed- Iām thinking to myself this place needs to do their research on how to present their use of tapiocas and teas. They re-made a boba blended drink (not a smoothie??) and it was still watery and extremely sweet. I give up, Iād go elsewhere for boba teas and smoothies from now on. Like Tapioca Rush by ware and expwy 83 or Tea Rush on N. 10th. I usually donāt complain and have been here many times but considering the drink was $8! I figured it would be ok to get a drink that doesnāt taste like itās got spoiled yogurt and Iāve had plenty of smoothies with yogurt. What a professional establishment to be patronizing and tell a customer that received awful customer service and awful experience and thank them for ārantingā. Thatās the way to handle it, youāre going to...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was so excited to try this place since the one I usually went to is closed. I walked in and there was no customers. The 2 employees looked at me and walked away, went to the kitchen or something. I was lost there for a second not knowing what to get. Finally, I decide to just get whatever flavor because there was no one to help me to see if I could taste them. It didnāt work. I was going to give up if it wasnāt for my moment of cravings and wanting to give this place a shot. I put my toppings. Took a while by the way and still no ādo you need help?ā or something. I placed my cup in the scale and she finally comes out just to charge me. Which wow! Super pricey! The priciest Iāve had by far. The only thing she said was if I wanted a receipt and I had to ask her for a top. š Bad first experience. The place looks...
