The curbside, food, and customer service at this place are all equally disappointing and laughable. My girlfriend & placed a curbside order at 6PM today, and the lady on the phone was unnecessarily rude when asked about the menu and gave us attitude, prompting my girlfriend to give her some back. We were told our order would be done in around 20 minutes, after which we left to Snowbite to pick up our order. When we called it in, the same lady told us it would be done in another 10 minutes or so. We ended up waiting outside for another 20 minutes, and had to call back just to be told our order was being packaged. Another few minutes passed by and it still wasn't brought out. We were there til almost 7pm before actually getting our food. During this time, another person had parked next to us, went inside to wait in line, ordered something, and got their food before we did. I mean seriously? How can you guys have curbside when someone can just walk in and order something, and get it BEFORE us, when we've been waiting longer? Absolutely disgraceful! All we ordered was the Brickalicious, which is a sort of French toast, and it didn't even come with the condensed milk, one of the ingredients that's supposed to be in it according to the lady we spoke with on the phone. And it wasn't even French toast either, just bread with cinnamon on it. If this is your guys' standard for goodness and you have absolutely no problem with it, then you definitely deserve the negative reviews you've received on here, and the loss of business that is sure to follow from these reviews. 0/10, take your money and go someplace where the food is actually good, folks. This ain't it, y'all, and I would not recommend this joke of a business to anyone looking for quality, both in the food and...
Read moreFinally an authentic Asian restaurant in the valley. Everything has a home cooked feel to it and flavors are on point!
We started off with the dumplings and spring roll. Both were delicious but the dumplings stood out because of the complex flavors. You get a little bit of spicy but sweet sauce covering deliciously handmade dumplings. It just makes you want to eat more. We also got the firecracker shrimp, which actually had more of a spicy kick than the dumplings. The sauces make the shrimp really tasty. For my entree, I had to try the fried rice. Listen, if you've never had anything other than valley fried rice, this will blow you away. Instead of drowning it soy sauce, this restaurant actually uses seasonings to enhance the flavor. So you end up with a fried rice that smells and tastes amazing. I will say, they could enhance the flavors even more and use a larger egg. However, it was made pretty well.
Pricing is mixed. Appetizers are priced way too high. Spring rolls are $7 for three. Five dumplings for $7.25. Five tempura shrimps for $8.50. The only unique item is the dumplings. Everything else, you can get at other restaurants for cheaper. Going over to the entrees, I think they're priced well. They're all around $15 and you get good portion sizes.
I will briefly mention service since it seems to be the one detractor on other reviews. We came in closer to closing. But our waitress was still patient and took our orders normally. It did take a while for someone to come but the service was not as bad as I've seen in other reviews.
Overall, this place is a breath of fresh air that offers delicious authentic food. I do wish appetizers would be a bit cheaper but I'll come back to try...
Read moreMy kids and I decided to go without looking at reviews first, we were really craving a Korean corn dog. The place was empty when we got there so we really didn't have to wait in line, the girl that took our order was polite so there's no issue with customer service in my experience. We ordered 2 beef and cheese hot cheeto corn dogs and 1 potato and cheese corn dog, and 3 boba drinks. We got them for dine in, while looking for a table we saw that all the tables were dirty and sticky. We sat in the table that seemed the cleanest but it was still sticky. The place smelled musty, just an overall smell of dirty. The condiment table was dirty and unkept but we let it slide being that we had already put in our order. We waited about ten minutes to get our food, at first glance everything looked appetizing until we tried it. The corn dogs had no flavor, the batter tasted a bit sour and yeasty, the cheese tasted old and like refrigerator. Our drinks were not it, it straight up tasted like toilet water smells. I've tried my share of boba teas and these were by far the nastiest I have ever had. We immediately felt sick to our stomachs to the point of wanting to throw up. This food is outrageously priced for the bad quality that it is. I will never come back again nor will I recommend to anyone. Sorry for the long review but I couldn't...
