T.J. Maxx — Local services in Pharr

On September 2nd cashier 1 at 12:15pm an older lady with salt pepper curly hair with a ponytail, was very rude. She was insinuating that the prices were wrong as if we the customers chose them. She went on to cancel the checkout list after she had scanned them and took forever because she called someone to go do price checks on all the clearance items we had chosen. We bought over 200$ worth of items without the clothes she had asked someone(who didn’t come to pick them up to go check, causing us to waste time and having to end up leaving them because of their lack of knowledge or attention to what they put red tags on) idk about anyone else but when I go shopping and take my time and I see a price already on the tag I take it for what it is. So false advertising maybe?? But I dont like wasting my Time. I had tried the clothes on and I wanted them. It’s not the customers fault they don’t put the right tag. I live 5 hours away from this location and my card was fraudulently charged $200 to this specific store. I called them and the manager said that there is no feasible way my card could have been charged without it physically being there, because they can’t key in card #s with heir system. Then she told me they CAN, but only if the chip and swipe both fail multiple times. There is only one copy of my card - no duplicates- and I have never been to this town. If they truly can only manually enter card numbers after multiple failed attempts, it is the staffs fault for either not actually checking the card & letting a customer read the #, or a staff member stole my card. I love the selection of goods that Tjmaxx has to offer, however this location was very unorganized during my last visit. I was there on a Monday night and they hadn't seemed to recover from the weekend rush. It was difficult to walk through some isles with a shopping cart due to items on the floor blocking the way. The cosmetic items were all stuffed in a bin where items are impossible to be seen without taking every item out one by one. The show department needs to be sized correctly, the shoes are all mixed throughout the entire section. The home decor area was also mixed and didn't seem to have any zones, organization, utensils, cookware, etc. I will look to ship at other locations...
