Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Pharr

Always my go to place for clothes. Love buying the name brand apparel at a fraction of the cost. Sadly only bad part is most of the time over stocked and isles are narrow. Poor planning on space but they maximize best possible. For being such a high volume store it takes away from the experience when out of 16 registers usually only 2 to 3 open. I love what I find but the wait of 30 people in front which seems to be the norm everytime I come to this Ross because for what ever reason this store always has more and better products than the othe Ross stores. Love the store hate the wait. You obviously have great sales, so how about hiring more...

They be running some type of shaddy business here. Today asked for a purse that was on display couldn't get it without some help from a associate to get the lock off they asked for my name gave it to them told them i was going to pay for it. So i waited in line noticed the security and other associate threw the purse i was going to purchase under some other register and the lady that was at that register was purchasing my purse that i had asked for. They had me looking like a fool "manager" told me that the girl had picked it already that was a bunch of bull. Someone need to investigate they be running some shady...

A skinny guy wearing a long chain wanted to avoid a customer with a lot of items who was behind me. He made me go to his register without him being done with his current customer. He made me wait there and the other lady next to him was already done with hers and started to help other people. Cherry on top, my receipt had blood on it. I was disgusted.
