Game Over — Attraction in Pine Castle

Marques was great. Just the room and the experience for $50 is not a premium price for premium products. The room we played orphanage had maybe 9 or 10 puzzles in a total for 1 hour experience and we ended up getting out within 30 minutes. Almost everything fell as though it was either nailed to the floor if it was not meant to be interacted with or if it was it was very specific like meant to be hidden but was not hidden well. The games I interactive as we thought it would be the story was pretty bland and honestly we really didn't get too much information from the story itself by playing the room just by the little intro they play in the beginning. Overall I will rate this experience a one out of 10 experience as you can probably go to an escape room down the street 15-20 minutes away and have a better time with one of the more bigger chains or local places . This this room and venue is probably built on the hopes of let of let's build a very quick and easy escape room with little to no effort put into it when it came to the puzzles. If I could I would ask for my money back as this was not a great experience and we spent $200 for four people to take only half the time needed . This was our first ever escape room, and we did the School of Magic. And we had an absolute blast.

The puzzles were quite tricky, though once we figured out what needed to be done, everything worked brilliantly. The props and effects were super high quality, and the woman assigned to help guide us (Julie, I think? Tho I see other reviewers mention a Julissa, so apologies if we got her name wrong) was extremely friendly, and offered the tips and hints exactly when needed. The location is brilliant (right beside Dillards, inside the Mall itself, and close to the food court, meaning you can eat and shop and make a whole day of your trip).

We managed to solve it with 26 seconds to spare 🫣😂 But we will 100% be returning to this in future trips to the Florida Mall. AND it's encouraged us to try other escape rooms as well!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! My godson‘s cousin went with a few people and had the worst experience! A while after they left, they were called to report back to the game over and empty their pockets! What?! They were being accused of keeping a screw that goes to a door in the escape room. They were still in the mall and went back immediately. Three workers came up and ACCUSED them of taking a screw IN FRONT OF EVERYONE, and being shocked, they complied and emptied their pockets immediately. They asked if they can go check the escape room to look for it and they were denied. They were told there was a video and they asked to see the video. They were denied. Then they were told that they were going to be charged a full Escape room admission because they cannot locate the screw. They were treated horribly and this sounds like a...
