I was there this past Sunday to purchase my wife an anniversary gift that she’s been wanting. It was around 11:30am so there was only one other couple in the store. When we walked in, not only were we not greeted with smiling faces, those faces were judgmental faces. My wife proceeded to try to get their help and everyone acted like it was an inconvenience. Till one decided to grace us with her presents. So first she asked for the firefly charm that’s been going viral on TikTok and was handed a bumble bee after being knocked off to the next employee who acted like she wanted to do everything but be working at this store. So finally after getting the three charms (one being engravable) she showed us what bracelets we got for free for spending so much. That’s when it started to go more downhill. She gave us the wrong bracket of bracelets for the lesser of what we were supposed to get( later on when we tried to correct it, she told the other person “that’s what we chose” when indeed that’s the only paper she showed us, but that was corrected after showing her that her math was not right) so my wife left the store so I could further the process with our girls because we didn’t want to crowd the store. When we started the engraving process, I NEVER once was allowed to hand write or told me my options of this process. She asked what I wanted and she chose the font and how it looked. And then the machines weren’t working properly. I’m extremely not satisfied with this particular charm because aesthetically it doesn’t look good. And secondly I came for this particular reason to be able to hand write and engrave something for my wife but was never given the opportunity. When we tried to get it fixed because the engraving on it looks horrible, they said they are final and that’s it. I went in the third time when getting the bracelet fiasco situated and spoke to an older lady(very helpful) she communicated with the “manager” and not once did this manger come out to assess the issue and make it right. It was all passing the buck and sitting in the back room because she didn’t want to do her job. So not only were we met with HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, being taken advantage of when coming down to the bracelet, nothing was being fixed about the terrible job of the engrave-able charm. She’s stuck with this charm that not has this b memory attached to it. I’ll attach photos and you can see the top word is much larger than the bottom. Yes the bottom word is longer but when engraving it should all be made the same size font regardless. The fact you have to pay first and then get stuck with an engraving that looks terrible is absurd and ridiculous. I suggest anyone take their business to the macys in the same mall and deal with their pandora people because they were much more helpful and empathetic than the stand alone store. I went today to buy a jewelry Care kit! I went inside the store and nobody greeted me. I look everywhere looking for someone to help me, when I went all away to the back, there was someone who was just staring at something with a very serious face,no smile! I went to her and said hi, I have a question, do you guys have the cleaning kit? She did not say yes or no she just nodded. I ask her how much is it she told me the price I said ok! can I buy it?. And with a serious face, no smile at all! she told me you have to wait and pointed at a customer. Still not even one smile and serious! She did not call someone else to help me she was just standing there staring I don't know where to!! She was acting like she did not wanted to be there!. Ok so I'm just waiting in the corner for her or someone to help me. And that's when someone finally came out the back door she was looking at me I was looking at her, she did not say anything still starring at me....and thenn ... she ask (have you guys been help? )I pointed at the unprofessional girl. and told her yes I ask her for a(cleaning kit) she told me to wait!.. she said ill help you it's that all you want? I said yes! got the cleaning kit I told her thank you so much! And left. I went back because I wanted it to know the name of the unprofessional employee. I ask her directly for her name, she told me her name is (Melanie!) I think this store should have the employees well trained and professional! Very poor of professionalism! Read moreNever going back again. I went in today to get a ring cleaned for my wife. When I walked in the lady’s on the floor were busy, so I waited no big deal. While I was waiting for 10 minutes one of the girls finally showed some type of acknowledgment and let me know she would just be a minute finishing up with her customer. While waiting for her to finish up I started getting bothered by one of the workers as she would look straight at me not a smile back or even acknowledge me in any way. When I finally got helped they took my ring to the back to begin cleaning it so I stood to the side so others would be able to walk in and stroll around to shop. While waiting the worker who was starring at me was STILL Looking directly into my eyes not a smile nothing. I finally saw a manager and told him my situation of how one of the workers was staring at me without acknowledgment. His response was simply “have you been helped “ and “everyone stares”. I tried explaining to him how I walked in and wasn’t even acknowledged but this freak of a worker would stare me down about 10 times before I was helped by another worker. Manager didn’t seem to care or even apologize. I’m not sure what kind of customer service they think they’re providing but definitely lost me as a customer. This happened around 2 o’clock.
