My Husbend Superized me with ring the cost $1070 !First thing the location is a 20. Min drive for me and had to drive back n forth 4 times ...Told it was ready by Tuesday went in waited about 30min if not longer just for them to tell me to come back on Thursday or Friday because it was not finishish. on the given date because of not fixing the ring sized on time .The Workers of this establishment told my husbend it was free but when i went to pik up the ring they siad i had to pay $25 out of my own money for my own wedding ring gift wasnt happy but then all i did was walk to my car n looked at the ring in more detail n a diamond was missing!!!! Called my husbend he called the company n they requested i come back when i went they took the ring n i had to pik it up again i came back again and took the ring i seen the residue of glue on the ring with the poorly replaced diamond againdidnt realize till i got to my car i had my 2 childern with me each time so unconvincing everything the drive ther the drive back thats 40min n with babys not good n after work every time ..any ways the diamond falls out again!!!!! Venetian so called jewelry store is a fraud point blank period. I went in there for the second time looking for a chain and the minute I met the guy there, my scam artist alert went off. Anyone that give this guy their hard earned money are silly crazy. I don’t know if this dude is a few fries short of a happy meal or what but he’s definitely not the brightest bulb at Home Depot. I know the difference between real and fake chains and also know the difference between good quality diamonds and so called VVS stones. Dude you need to stop telling everyone that all you sell is VVS diamonds and high quality gold. Bro not everything is gold there and you are definitely no where near high class jewelry store like you claim. I was on the phone with my fiance and was getting ready to show her some rings on a video call and some Indian guy was extremely rude and asked me to shut the phone off and only reason he did it was because I'm a person of color and can't think of any other reason. It's amazing how people can just judge or perceive you based on one's skin color. He forgets that he's a person of color too and there's nothing in India but call centers with scammers and their broken English selling fraudulent tech support contracts.
