Don't even waste your time calling them. They were rude from my first phone call, they saw me for an appt. for a "care plan", then the girl did not know how to proceed with my hair. A tall skinny old female was rude, full of excuses why not to treat my hair, they claim that on that day they did not even have bleach, or dye. The lady who was cleaning the floors told her, "We have a full gallon in the back", and they say no we don't!! The old lady asked me if I was washing my hair with well water, or city water, I was in surprise...as if I came along from a ranch or the mountains. She continue telling me that the PH of my water could be 7.6 to 7.7, and there was no telling what color my hair could turn in, "Maybe green, maybe purple, or yellow! I was in disbelieve. From the moment I arrived, they were all unwelcoming, and uneasy. They were seating around waiting for customers or flies to land there. Only one customer was there, and I can tell she felt uncomfortable because she was used as an example of "Oh she has been our customer since 8 years ago. We know her hair, but we don't know your hair" Wow, I was ready to leave in 5 min. however they spent like 45 min giving me all type of excuses why not to treaty my hair, since I was new in their salon. Finally, my hair stylish proposed for me to make a second appt. for a customer care plan, I asked her why?.... She said that the team was going to have a meeting to see how they were going to approach and treat my hair. Believe me I just wanted my roots retouch, and my hair lighter of what I have. I can tell then that they have no skills, no manners, and they are not open to newcomers. I left this place very upset, and felt as I if they gave me the second class citizen. Terrible manners, and feeling unwelcome, they do not know how to do the simple basic technique of dying hair. If you are not on the old client's list, forget about belonging in their little club. Save your money and your day, and go somewhere else where you will be treated with respect...
Read moreThis is a great spot to get color treatments in rich pigments as well as instagram-worthy techniques. We walked in and pretty much everyone who worked their had vibrant hues of purple, yellow, blue, green...you name it. And they all looked SO GOOD.
My daughter was getting an ombre in purple tones with Julia while I was just getting a normal cut and color with Meg - no crazy colors for this girl.
I had a photo of what I wanted to go for, and a general color family that I wanted to stick to. Beyond that, I was looking for a little guidance for what would complement my skin tone and facial structure - especially with the cut. I'm never really good with that, and typically stylists are able to steer me in the right direction. But I didn't really get the amount guidance I was looking for. She commented that she was used to getting specific instructions from her clients and following them to the letter. So at that point I went with it, and thankfully the cut/color came out well.
My daughter's hair looked amazing, and I think this is the salon's strong point. Both Julia and Meg did a fantastic job with the coloring, and they came out beautifully. We both got a ton of compliments on our hair, and my daughter can't wait to try...
Read moreI have previously had a horrible time getting, what I feel is, a simple haircut. I would go to whatever hair cutting place and tell them exactly what I wanted and walk out with something completely different. After the third or fourth failed "two at the bottom, fade/blend up, and trim the top," I never went to those places again. I was referred to Heather, from a friend, and I am happy they told me to see her. Heather has done right by my hair and I'm not sure what I would do if I didn't have her to cut my hair, the right way. She's always very kind, chatty, professional, and she definitely knows what...
