HAPPY SMOKE SHACK PLUS — Attraction in Rancho Cordova

For smoke shops this is my favorite smoke shop to go to everything is reasonably priced,and everything they sell there is very good quality.All the employees that work there are always helpful and very nice .one employee was so kind to me he had just closed and he was locking up the store and he saw me and he was so kind and went back in the store and sold me a pack of cigarettes and gave me a lighter.so this is my go to spot to buy smokes ,torches,lighters and vapes and any kind of pipe that u might need.I highly recomd this smoke shop for people who needs any kind of bongs,torches,pipes and any kind of tobacco products.Everything is reasonable and the employees give customers pretty good...

It was a terrible experience. The three employees there didn't say as much as hi to me, even when I asked to look at some glass. Eventually got what I wanted and they didn't wrap the glass I had purchased. They threw it in a plastic bag with a RAW rolling tray I got. Along with shorting me on my change, and not providing me with a receipt. $5, it isn't much but shows how much the employees pay attention. When I asked the cashier (while he was waiting for me to insert my plastic to pay for of the pack of Lucky Strike Red 100s), because there was no way for me to know what he was charging, what the $ price was he said, “$11.00.”

When I pointed out that they are less than $9 @ 7-11 WITH TAX, he started making excuses. I decided to give him a second chance. I said I would pay him $9 PLUS TAX. Again, he started making excuses.
