My wife and I went to this store (the Holiday location) on two separate occasions during their posted hours of operation (both on their website and on their front door). Both times it was closed with no explanation posted.
Today, we called first and got a voicemail stating for an immediate response we could text a number, so we did. We asked if they were open and they said 'yes.' So we drove there for the third time and again it was closed. My wife text them again and they said we were talking to someone at the Largo location. So one has to ask, why when you call the phone number for the Holiday location and their voicemail tells you to text a number and you do, why would you possibly assume you were texting someone at a different store? It's really just poor business.
We've been to the store in Hudson and it's open when it's supposed to be and the gentlemen who works there is always extremely helpful very nice. As for the Holiday location, three strikes and it's time for a bad review. If you're not going to be open during your listed hours, at least change your voicemail and get it together with a number you can text. We didn't appreciate driving all the way there again only to not even be able to go inside.
The person we were texting in Largo tried to help by sending pictures of what we were looking for that they had at that location, but it wasn't the right color, material and pattern. Props to them for at least trying to help.
One star for the Holiday...
Read moreThe Holiday, FL location of Hotel Liquidation Warehouse blew me away! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the wide selection of high-end resort furnishings and gently used appliances—including stoves, dishwashers, washers, dryers, microwaves, and refrigerators—all in great condition and priced far below what you’d pay at big box stores. Their website was super informative, which made my visit so much easier because I already had a clear idea of what I needed. And the staff at the Holiday store were amazing—friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to help without being pushy. They made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. If you’re in the area, do yourself a favor and check it out. We saved a ton and walked away with pieces we never thought we could afford. Don’t waste time or money at name brand stores—Hotel Liquidation Warehouse in Holiday is...
Read moreWe really like this place but sometimes there is not enough staff and often furniture is damaged more thanks to the people who deliver it to the store due to being careless. Not the fault of the company, but it affevts what they sell. Anyway, last time we were in, they really needed another employee. He was amazing and was working his tail off 👏... but the AC was broke, and we are all suffering, absolutely sweltering and gross, and had I not needed what I wanted as much as I needed it, I would have left. Once I decided I needed those pieces, it was over, but normally, I would just walk away, and we bought 5 pieces this time. Sadly, we were in a hurry, and also, I thought we would be done so much faster, but like I said. Understaffed. Pic is of a dresser and matching end table...
