I walked into this salon on a whim and requested a color and cut service. The staff was super accommodating and friendly. The salon is modern and clean. Jessica quickly mixed my color, applied and began working on another (scheduled) client. She peeked at my color process throughout and then offered me a water!! I was then rinsed, cut and styled. I am so happy with the service I received and impressed that she was able to "squeeze" me in between her scheduled clients. So first off my hair was super damaged and needed help bad. I was referred to this place by very close friends and decided to give it a chance despite my bad experiences in the past with many other salons. All I can say is that the staff are amazing. Jessica took time to explain everything and educate me on what I needed to do to repair my hair. I will deff be going back to this salon for a trim and all my other service needs. VERY DISAPPOINTED! Went in with shoulder length hair, wanted a stacked bob leaving as much of the length as possible. By the time cut was finished, it was not only a lot shorter than I wanted, but my hair looked like a mushroom cap! Showed daughters who couldn't believe what they were seeing. It was horrible! Went to another salon to try and get it fixed later that day. Needless to say, now my hair is so short, it looks shaved from the middle of my head, down to my neck!!!
