Legends Architectural Stone — Attraction in Jersey Village

I cannot even begin to express my gratitude for the above & beyond service we received with Matt from Legends Stone! I live well outside the Houston area, and in my current city the brick I chose wasn't available for several months. I called several brick & stone companies across Texas and none of them could get the brick I wanted or were willing to deliver to our area. I called on a Saturday morning to Legends Stone, and although I didn't even leave a voicemail, Matt called me back first thing the following Monday morning. I was immediately impressed with this and the customer service only went up from there! Within less than an hour, he already assured me that I could get the brick I wanted in a quick time frame AND when I asked if they delivered to our area...his response was ABSOLUTELY! After all of the searching I'd done to find this brick, I was hesitant about how easy this was going but Matt did anything and everything he could to reassure me that he could get this product delivered in the guaranteed time frame. He called and updated me frequently to be sure I knew we were still on track. He even provided his cell phone number to me so I could text him directly for any questions. His responses were always extremely quick! He worked directly with my builder to order the correct amount of product & it was delivered in the time frame I was told from the beginning--amazing! All of the searching I did to try to find the one brick I had my heart set on left me feeling hopeless and disappointed that I would have to settle for something else, but the minute Matt with Legends Stone got involved, I felt like I could rest easy because he was so informative, customer-focused, and on top of everything! I've been to a lot of stone yards but this one is THE BOMB! Of course, they have a huge yard of pallet-loads of stones and bins of gravels - but the great part is their on-site showroom. It's a neat, clean operation that, surprisingly for a stone yard, rivals a fine retail operation. All the stove products are displayed and there's literature on each type, brand, and product. The salesman was super helpful - he knew his stuff! Then he asked if I'd "seen the outdoor section. I had no idea about that until he took me outside to a separate area where all the stones were actually installed in sections - you could see the products in natural sunlight as they would actually look installed. WOW! The gravels were displayed likewise, and all side-by-side to compare. And when I checked out their prices, were very competitive. This is now my GO TO PLACE for stone products -- I never thought a place like this existed but . . . The owners should take great pride in what they've done with...
