Marshalls — Attraction in Sarasota

I’m actually shocked at how rude the manager was to me on 3/11/23 at about 12pm.

There were two pairs of pajamas I liked. One pair cost 9.99 the other was 16.99, I asked if i could mismatch and get the top was the 9.99 pair and the bottoms from the 16.99 pair… I literally offered to pay the higher price (16.99) i just wanted the top from the cheaper pair not that pair. He very rudely said no, and when i said “okay then i guess i’ll just have to buy both pairs” he actually had the nerve to tell me i COULDN’T buy them now and they had to be put on the “resale” rack and i can’t purchase them for 7 days now?!!? Wait what?? Not to mention i had the only size small that was left. Are you kidding me?? The MANAGER actually REFUSED to sell me the pjs i wanted after asking a simple question about mismatching??

I’m never shopping at this location again, absolutely horrible...

I tried to buy an item and it had a minor defect a little chip and the manager refused to sell it to me. I been looking for this item for 2 years and she claimed it was dangerous bc a child could get cut. WHAT IM AN ADULT and I had been carrying it for like 15 minutes bc I was looking around the store. I offer to buy the item I never asked for a discount. Your manager was so rude and condensending. The customer service went out the window. Hopefully this could get address somehow and someone reaches out. People like her is what make customer hate the store at that location. Maybe she should focus on the store looking so disorganized than refusing a customer to purchase n item. Not to mention some of the cashiers so effen rude. Management at this store is unprofessional. I found shoes with two prices. Manager on duty (12/22) pretty much accused me of putting a sticker on the bottom of a shoe with a lower price. Really? He said “look it’s all torn” (it wasn’t) but it did tear as he tore it off proving it was not stuck on there by someone. Why not scan it to see if it came up? Why not say let’s scan it and if it’s the shoes we will sell them at that price. But make an accusation. Why would you suggest “someone” put the sticker on it with tone when you can scan it and say “it didn’t belong on there”. The guy should be fired.
