I hadn't washed my home in the 4 years I had been living in it. I got Jimmy's card from my community mailbox area earlier in the summer, so I called him first. He's very pleasant and personable and had an estimate back to me the same day, despite having to deal with a personal family matter. He was able to set me up for an appointment the next week due to a cancellation, and I can't say how pleased I am with his work. My house looks absolutely amazing! Coincidentally in talking to my neighbor, she mentioned she also needed to get her home washed, so I gave her Jimmy's number and he washed her home on the very same day. It literally warmed my heart to hear he took care of her at the same time. The icing on the cake is the yard sign that he leaves showing that your home is "just washed". We were long overdue for a soft wash, and after searching online for a company with excellent reviews and experience, we discovered Patriot Soft Wash. Jimmy, owner of the company, was responsive and professional from the start. He cleaned our house, driveway, sidewalk, porch, brick retainer wall and deck. We seriously could not believe how amazing it looked when he was done. We’ve had our house washed before, and this was hands down the best! Jimmy took pride in his work and made sure we were happy before he left. We asked to be added to a regular rotation schedule going forward, for which Jimmy agreed. Patriot Softwash was a breath of fresh air! Jimmy responded to our inquiry immediately, scheduled an estimate the following day and worked with us to find the best time for service. He sent us a reminder the day before service, and showed up a few minutes early for the job. Before he began work, he taped up door knobs, security cameras, garage door locks! He was very thorough in washing our house, deck, walkway, and little storage house. He took care with flowers and shrubs, and took all the time he needed to do the job well!
