I have ate here 3 times recently and all three experiences have been a thumbs down. First order was bread sticks they were burnt and had no oregano on them at all. I went to the person making the orders and let her know you didn’t put any oregano which comes on it she got upset rolling her eyes no apology no i’ll fix that for you just took the box liking angry threw it in the trash and remade the order with the angry face on. The second time ordered bread sticks again. It was actually the manager that was taking the orders out the oven cutting and boxing them up. He cut up my overcooked bread sticks put them in the box closed them didn’t put any sauce so i said you didn’t give me the red sayce he walked over to the side where the pizza toppings are and put sauce in a cup. lI guess since they didn’t have any already made near the cutting board he just decided i’ll be lazy and not give her sauce with her order but when i mentioned it he made me one cup so i said doesn’t it come with two then he looks like he is annoyed because i’m asking for what my order comes with. He says i’ll get you another one sarcastically the cups had sauce on the outside because he made them sloppy now I have sauce all on my hands. I immediately went to my car and called corporate about my experience. I was told the manager would be contacting me and it’s been past two weeks and i have not heard from anyone. My third experience I ordered an 11 inch pizza they burned it so bad you could smell the the the burnt of it. I took a bite it was hard I just threw the pizza back in the box. This time i took pictures. The girl who took my pizza out was the same one that had the most dirty attitude when she see you and she remembered me from the last two times so i believe she left my pizza in the oven to long on purpose because i was in there at the time it said my order would be ready the crust looks like she let the bottom of the pizza remover slide over it because why is there oven residue on my crust edges. I got chicken as my toppings there was barely any chicken on my entire pizza. All my orders were placed on line. On one order i asked them not to over cook in the instructions because they like to talk a lot in there not paying attention. There is an option to choose cook well done and if i did not check that box my food should not be well done. My last two orders was trashed because of them over cooking my food. I use to love eating here and never had issues but i don’t see those’d workers anymore so maybe they left. some of the ones now make the pizzas like they just do it for the check and not a care about how the customers feel. The next close location is Charlotte so i probably won’t be eating here again because i don’t have time or...
Read moreUpgraded my rating to a four star - The area manager (Trip) and corporate worked very hard to take an upset customer and turn them into a satisfied customer. Not only did they coach the employee after reviewing the incident on video, they were willing to ensure I was happy and would come back.
My latest visit on 8/12/16 was seamless, quick in and out, pleasant customer service and a quick, easy & tasty meal.
Original Post Two stars because I've had the pizza here a couple of times in the past, and it is decent for a quick inexpensive meal, HOWEVER...
Ordered online for Blaze Pizza – they prep it and put it in the oven when you arrive. Ordered at 5:15 for a 5:50 arrival, paid with credit card online.
I got there at 6:05, the guy running the oven was all over the place. I stood at the register, and wasn’t acknowledged for 5 minutes. Watched him pull out a pie and basically dropped it, it fell half folded on the counter. I could tell this guy was not having a good day and did not want to be there at all. He wasn’t communicating with his coworkers (something you HAVE to do constantly to have success in the restaurant service industry).
Finally, he asked me if I was “Ed”, and I said no, I’m Justin, I’m here for an online order. I was told it would be a few minutes. I asked if they could ensure the carbonized soot was cleaned from the inside of the oven before they put them in (that oven was black and had burnt debris all over the inside). My pies were not even prepped for my arrival.
I waited until 6:20, and then asked how much longer it would be, as I have a work project to attend shortly. I was then told that it would be a few more minutes, I asked if they could be put in the oven next and I was then given the option that I could cancel my order. The guy was pretty agitated, I told him to cancel my order and told him that he has an attitude problem he needs to fix. He told me that I had an attitude problem. I asked if my money would be refunded, he said that they wouldn’t finalize the transaction as he’s the one who does that at night.
For sure measure, I grabbed my receipt and then got berated for reaching across the counter to get it. Asked the guy his name – Engleson, and got the managers name too. They will hear back from me...
Read moreWe drove about 30 minutes from Clayton yesterday evening only to find out that our order wasn’t ready upon arrival. We found that odd considering that we placed our order using the app on the way there but it wasn’t a big deal. What was a big deal was to find out that our orders were wrong when we arrived home. It would’ve been no problem to turn around and take them back if we lived closer. Returning was a non-starter given that we lived so far away. We decided to just try it instead and we found ourselves completely unsatisfied. We ended up throwing our orders away largely uneaten.

I ordered three pizzas totaling $41.84. I checked each pizza prior to departing based off of previous experience with wrong orders at the store. One of the three pizzas was incorrect. I promptly reported my issue to the cashier. He was completely unhelpful in looking like a deer in the headlights. I asked another person could they help me out in correcting my order. He said that he couldn’t because it was showing on the sticker that it was made correctly. I then informed him that I had the receipt in my email showing that it was incorrect. He said that it didn’t matter because the sticker showed that it was the correct order. He then proceeded to ask me if I’d already paid for it and how I went about doing so. I advised him thatI I obviously did it through the Blaze App. He said that well the sticker shows that it was made correctly. I can’t have product leaving my store like that. I then asked where is the manager to which point that responded that he was sitting at the table right behind me. I explained the situation to the manager who explained that things like that happen sometimes when you use the two topping pizza special. He then said that it wasn’t a problem to remake it and ordered them to do as such which I appreciated. But why go through so much hassle when a customer is clearly telling you that something is wrong with their order? I know that I’ve said it before and didn’t hold true to my word but I’m done with...
