My family eats here no less that 3 times a week at no less than $50-$80 per visit. This restaurant is becoming more and more of a joke. I came in to place an order around 9:30 and was told they were pretty much out of everything even though they had everything on the sidebar and don't close until 11. I was then instructed that if I wanted to get the items I wanted I need to place my order online even though I was standing in the store because they couldn't take things from the online order side. After I downloaded the app and placed my order and paid for it, they then began to tell me they were completely sold out of all the items that I just requested telling me there was no more Al pastor chicken , steak, grilled veggies and queso, they then told me that because I'd ordered online id have to request my refund through the app. If I wanted a refund, so I tried to request a refund through The app. After I attempted to process the refund through the app, I then asked for a manager for assistance who then returned and asked for a manager to get assistance, he told me that you could not request refunds through the app it had to be done on the website. Even though I'd just been instructed to do so by the young lady behind the counter to use the app. The manager told me the refund request for online orders had to be done through the website. I then told him about my experience and he said he would encourage me not to order anything from here after 9:00 because they get real busy and they don't have anything after 9. Now mind you although annoyed I was calm and used no profanity towards the manager or any of the staff. I proceeded to take out my phone to record him asking him again so just to be clear dont order after 9 even though you don't close until 11. Could you repeat that again please and tell me not to order anything as you said after 9:00 because you don't have anything even though you don't close until 11:00. He then proceeded to tell me that I could not record him in his store even though there are no posted signs saying no recording on the premises and that I needed to leave the store without my refund or clear instructions on how to get, just the pleasure of the manager being smug to my face and telling in so many words to take my business elsewhere after they just robbed me of over $40. One recent encounter I had was during lunch there is a line of people standing there waiting for an employee to come make our food. i see him walk in from the back with his phone in his hands with gloves on. he then proceeds to put his phone in his back pocket and start making our food without changing his gloves. HOW DISGUSTING. There was another time when i placed a mobile order and when i came to pick it up it was busy and my order wasn’t ready yet. no big deal. i decided to sit and wait. as i’m waiting im constantly looking up and making eye contact with the gentleman who told me my order wasn’t ready. The female employee next to him looks at me then screams infront of the entire restaurant “IF YOURE WAITING ON A MOBILE ORDER DONT JUST SIT THERE AND STARE AT ME COME TELL ME WHAT YOUR NAME IS” i was actually so baffled she did this. it was not only humiliating but extremely rude. i understand getting frustrated when it’s busy, i would know i work in a restaurant as well. BUT GIRL!!!!!!! Read moreSmh my daughter treated me to lunch, and low and behold when I enter this place it was dirty, the servers are un polite and the food station was filthy, the food was cross contaminated the expression on my face was what in the hell are you doing someone can get seriously sick the servers are sloppy while serving the food. Food is left on the side on the tables behind them, God knows how long it been sitting there, the black beans was so nasty I couldn't eat it there was hair in my food, the tables out side was dirty. This says a lot about management the manager is not on top of his game the servers need to be trained how to handle food Safely before someone get food poisoning a food establishment should not be looking dirty and nasty, all the servers need there serve safe certification so they will know how to handle food Safely not dropping food products into other food bin containers which is food contamination and not caring about the onions being mixed in the beans or the rice. the sauce was looking a mess it had other food products in it, that is cross contamination, that is against the health department standards.
