Stylist Healthy hair by Kim: I went to this young lady after a big chop and not putting heat in my hair for over one year. I walked in with a video of the hair cut I wanted. She told me yeah your hair should come out just like that. I told her cut what you need. First off she uses wayyyyyyy too much heat. She blowed dried my hair 2 times. Once with a comb attachment then with a rounding brush. Sheesh. Burned my scalp with blow dryer. Let’s not count the amount of times she passes the flat iron through your hair. I have had natural hair for 20+ years and have never had a stylist use this much heat. She holds the flat irons way too close to your face. My hair cut ended up looking like an Andre 3000 wig. When I left the shop after a $125 silk press I looked like a frizz ball. I had to go home a redo my own hair....

I’ve been to many different natural hair stylists at salons across this city. While the stylist who did my hair was amazing, I was very impressed by the decor! A perfect blend of luxury, comfort and coolness.

Ms. Fay greeted me when I entered, she was so sweet and helpful. She walked me to my stylist's room and answered questions I had about the products (and there were many to choose from) I saw in the front!! I ended up buying some Texture Rich products which she mentioned were good for natural hair.

I really loved the vibe of this place, one of the best hair experiences I’ve had and will definitely be back!!!
