This restaurant is disfunctional. Their drive-thru was backed up into the street so I thought I could go inside to get served quicker. Not to mention their parking lot is a horrible layout, we couldn't park without having to wait in the drive-thru line. Why is there not a separate lane for people who need to drive around the building? I got inside and there wasn't a line. The girl asks what I want, I tell her and she asks me again. I tell cashiers my order slowly all the time so they hopefully can't mess it up, so she should have heard what I asked for. She gives me my drink and I had to ask if I needed to wait at the pick-up area. She looked kind of "seriously?" Or annoyed at me and said yes. So I go down there where no one else is and wait. The floor was so sticky, it felt like my shoes were going to come off. I asked the young employee behind the counter if they had the purel wipes that are usually at Chick-Fil-A and he tried handing me the sanitization wipes in the big pouch that they clean the counters with. He was so confused about what I was asking for so he asked an older employee who came over and told me they didn't have them but I could use their sanitization dispenser beside the counter. I wanted the wipes to clean my hands in the car after eating in the car. That wasn't a big deal though. But I had to wait over 10 mins for them to bring me my food. There wasn't anyone else waiting for food around me and I didn't see them rushing to give food to the drive-thru either. After finally getting my food and going to my truck with it and driving off, I saw that my sandwich wasn't even right. I asked for no tomatoes and it had them on it and when I went to eat it, my sandwich was cold like it had been sitting for a long time. It was a miserable delayed and rushed lunch for me. I have never had a consistent branding experience from this location and on May 2, 2025 at 10:10 am (order #11496917), I had the worst culture experience with Wes, one of the managers, who stated that Jonathan Hollis (Store Operator) is the person who gave the directive. I requested egg whites scrambled. The trainee was unsure how to enter the order. I have purchased said order from this location before. I customarily order this from other locations (in and out of state) with no issue. Side note: Order a breakfast bowl with eggwhites, the eggs are scrambled. Wes steps to the register and declines to enter the order. I explain that I have ordered egg whites before and tell him that the word, "scrambled" is typed into the computer. He stated, "Our operator told us we cannot. We don't do that here. All locations operate how they choose." I did not banter over eggs. I said, "okay." He replied, "yep." and walked away.
