Worst Chick-fil-A experience I’ve ever had I've gone here three times thinking it was a fluke but nope.. The ladies specifically taking the drive-through orders flat-out acted like I was inconveniencing them by being there. My chicken tenders came out soggy, cold, and honestly felt undercooked. Fries? Barely warm and I literally counted only eight in my “medium” order. My lemonade was somehow manageable even when its too tart, because the packed to the brim with ice (as always) will somehow water it down. But in that mean time you barely get any actual drink. And for the third time in a row, they “forgot” my sauce. If this is the standard now, god help us all. I really tried.. I make it a goal not to come to this one anymore but with the one off Thornton being closed at 8:30pm this is my only choice since it's near my job when I get off. I should of taken photos because this was disgusting. I wish I had a better word. Like imagine eating soggy cold undercooked feeling tenders and fries with absolutely NO sauce to mask the texture and smell. currently regretting this $10 meal. I will not being eating at this location, drive through confusing, long wait times, blindspots when driving, not student drive friendly.

You can never go wrong with chick fil a! I worked here about 4 years ago and I still say “my pleasure” wherever I work. That just shows the amazing customer service skills you learn through chick fil a. It was an amazing experience and I love every skill and habit I picked up from working there. I recommend all kids get a job at chick fil a because any job I had after that was so impressed just because I even worked there! The food is always fresh and warm and they never get it wrong. All restaurants should aim to be like chick fil a ! 👍🏻

You can never go wrong with chick fil a! I worked here about 4 years ago and I still say “my pleasure” wherever I work. That just shows the amazing customer service skills you learn through chick fil a. It was an amazing experience and I love every skill and habit I picked up from working there. I recommend all kids get a job at chick fil a because any job I had after that was so impressed just because I even worked there! The food is always fresh and warm and they never get it wrong. All restaurants should aim to be like chick fil a ! 👍🏻

This restaurant is disfunctional. Their drive-thru was backed up into the street so I thought I could go inside to get served quicker. Not to mention their parking lot is a horrible layout, we couldn't park without having to wait in the drive-thru line. Why is there not a separate lane for people who need to drive around the building? I got inside and there wasn't a line. The girl asks what I want, I tell her and she asks me again. I tell cashiers my order slowly all the time so they hopefully can't mess it up, so she should have heard what I asked for. She gives me my drink and I had to ask if I needed to wait at the pick-up area. She looked kind of "seriously?" Or annoyed at me and said yes. So I go down there where no one else is and wait. The floor was so sticky, it felt like my shoes were going to come off. I asked the young employee behind the counter if they had the purel wipes that are usually at Chick-Fil-A and he tried handing me the sanitization wipes in the big pouch that they clean the counters with. He was so confused about what I was asking for so he asked an older employee who came over and told me they didn't have them but I could use their sanitization dispenser beside the counter. I wanted the wipes to clean my hands in the car after eating in the car. That wasn't a big deal though. But I had to wait over 10 mins for them to bring me my food. There wasn't anyone else waiting for food around me and I didn't see them rushing to give food to the drive-thru either. After finally getting my food and going to my truck with it and driving off, I saw that my sandwich wasn't even right. I asked for no tomatoes and it had them on it and when I went to eat it, my sandwich was cold like it had been sitting for a long time. It was a miserable delayed and rushed lunch for me. It is said that culture is created top-down. Branding should be consistent. Therefore, the attitude of management and staff are often the waterfall of the operator. I have never had a consistent branding experience from this location and on May 2, 2025 at 10:10 am (order #11496917), I had the worst culture experience with Wes, one of the managers, who stated that Jonathan Hollis (Store Operator) is the person who gave the directive. I requested egg whites scrambled. The trainee was unsure how to enter the order. I have purchased said order from this location before. I customarily order this from other locations (in and out of state) with no issue. Side note: Order a breakfast bowl with eggwhites, the eggs are scrambled. Wes steps to the register and declines to enter the order. I explain that I have ordered egg whites before and tell him that the word, "scrambled" is typed into the computer. He stated, "Our operator told us we cannot. We don't do that here. All locations operate how they choose." I did not banter over eggs. I said, "okay." He replied, "yep." and walked away. It was dismissive. I called the customer cares number and submitted a complaint with Nikki. Today is 5/6/2025 and the operator, Johnathan Hollis, has yet to respond.
