Sarasota Boat Tours — Attraction in Siesta Key

We highly recommend this tour operation! We were a group of 6 gals looking for a fun Friday afternoon activity. When I called around this company had the best price! It was easy to book and the boat was spotless and appeared New. Captain Keith was perfect! We felt totally safe. We didn't have a plan so we left it in his hands. He took us on a tour showing us famous homes etc then we anchored on a sandbar for swimming! 10/10. They are super easy to find near Forbidden Tiki. Just on the other side of Phillie Oyster House. They provide a large ice chest filled with ice that you can put your food and drinks in. Bring towels, sunblock, sunglasses and hat.

Our 4 hour boat tour with Captain Cory was the best part of our vacation! He is super personable and is quite knowledgeable about the area. I loved seeing all of the birds up close, and even though the water was a little chilly, he indulged us when we asked if we could hop out on a sand bar and look for shells. My dog joined us as well. I wasn't sure how he would be since it was his first boat ride (except for once riding on a ferry) but I think Captain Cory helped him relax and enjoy the ride as much as his humans did. We had an amazing “three hour tour” with John from Sarasota Boat Tours. We are four women over the age of 60 and we couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend the morning. John is extremely knowledgeable of the area and designed a trip to meet our specific requests. We saw dolphins, a manatee, beautiful real estate and fabulous Lido Key. We rounded out the tour with a stop at O’Leary’s tiki bar for an early morning libation. It was a perfect morning on the water.
