Smokin Pipes Smoke Shop St. Petersburg Fl — Attraction in Pinellas Park

Called and told Mike at 6:30pm that I would be in to buy a cheap Bic Lighter as my Clipper is out of fluid he said ok I live less then 2 blocks from store, I arrived at around 6:40pm to find the lights off and door lockex, went in next day and was told by Ryan that when there is no business they close early.

Have spent over $160 in glassware from this store and all 4 of the glassware products have broke within a month when told to Mike he just says we are handling them incorrectly. Also stem bought for water pipe was wrong size and got stuck in the water pipe and would not come out even after cleaning. However this is the size they told me I needed.

If you ask for rolling papers in small size or small raw cones or small metal screens check them, Mike likes to give you the bigger size.

Also when out of an item they have to get it from another store most items such as vapes they only have the one that's on the shelf and no back stock.

Will NEVER shop there again and will NOT...

I gave them one more shot when I bought a tabacoo bed and it broke..... All their glass work is too top heavy and weak at all the joints

Each time I have purchased something from this store it has broken in less after a few times and it's not because I don't know how to handle a water pipe. Their glass breaks and is very thin in spots. Also when I have gone to the shop I ask for what I need and if I don't watch them or check my purchase before I leave I end up making more trips because they sell you the wrong items.

We live very close to the store and we have gone up a few times and the store is closed and I only live 2 1/2 blocks away . It sucks I have to find a different place to shop when it's so close to home..

DON'T BUY THEIR KRATOM ! My husband and I have bought kratom from them in bulk for almost a year and we got half kilo of complete garbage. When I called to tell them about the bad quality, a guy with a thick accent answered and in so many words called me a liar. I find it funny that they would think we would make something up to get a refund after doing business for so long and spending hundreds of dollars with them. I asked to be put in touch with the owner and the guy took my number down (supposedly) but I never got called back. They reward loyal customers with ripping you off and insulting you apparently. The owner apparently doesn't care. They got us for 100 bucks but we will never spend a penny...
