Storm Crow Games — Attraction in Eldersburg

I was looking to trade a Gamecube, some controllers and games which I haven't played in years for an original Xbox. I just couldn't find an Xbox in my area, so I started expanding my search on google maps and stumbled across Storm Crow Games. While they weren't the first place I called that had an Xbox available, the level of customer service that Tyler provided over the phone made them the obvious choice. I was very impressed by the detailed estimate for my trade he offered over the phone, since it was was going to be a ~2.5 hour round trip to get there. When I came into the store it turned out my Gamecube was having trouble reading discs, but Tyler made every effort to try and troubleshoot the issue. In the end it looked like the Gamecube would need some repairs to restore it to working order, but as opposed to refusing my trade he adjusted his valuation and made me an offer that I thought was very fair. I went to this store today after work to check out their Pokemon inventory and to my surprise, they sell boosters, promo packs, battle decks, trainer packs and best of all singles. They have a lot of great singles under the counter that are priced properly and fairly. They also have a ton of bulk cards that are priced at market value, I was able to complete some of my personal Purchases sets for a very low price. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Everything I purchased was priced lower than anywhere else I’ve seen. This is my new go to store, oh and I forgot about the Pokemon trading/ battle nights where you Can trade or make your own deal. Our favorite card/game shop in Maryland! Tyler and Sam (the owners) are SOOO genuine, kind and truly care about the community. They have very fair prices and usually have the best stock in the area. For Pokemon, they have alphabetized bulk which makes it super easy to purchase single cards for deck building. Their events are also super fun! Not only do they host tournaments, but they have hosted some bingos to win new set release products. We aren't even from the area, but always try to make it out to Storm Crow as much as we can because we love this shop. Definitely check them out and support them if...
