Suvidha International Groceries — Attraction in Kennesaw

Suvidha Grocery in Kennesaw has recently changed store managers, and unfortunately, the return policy is highly disappointing for customers. Despite attempting to return a can of oil in its original sealed condition, the store refused the return on two grounds:

1. returns are not accepted beyond 10 days and
2. items on sale cannot be returned, even if they're not damaged. This restrictive policy is inconvenient and unfair, especially when the product is perfectly sealed. Customers should be aware of these rigid rules before shopping, as it may impact your purchasing decisions and overall experience negatively. Many would expect more customer-friendly service from a local grocery store. According to the State of Georgia, retailers are allowed to set their own return and refund policies. However, these policies must be made clear and conspicuously displayed to customers prior to purchase. I do not care about the atmosphere of this place as a black man. I work in the service industry so I know the importance of good customer service and how it can affect business. Every time I come into this place, at my wife's request to pick up some items she likes, there is a Vive of we really don't want you here but we'll take your money. I never get acknowledged, they barely look at me, they don't speak, or even smile at me. You may not understand English well but a simple smile or nod at check out would go a long way. They Talk Amongst each other perfectly fine. This is not an isolated incident. It happens every single time I go there. As a customer, I shouldn't feel uncomfortable coming into your store. I have shopped at this store for years!!!. It's been messy and customer service has be been just ok. The new location, I was excited about as it bigger and looks more organized. I brought an item more than I needed , bag of dal...they argued over the fact that the item was old and not purchased there!!. I had the receipt....they literally wanted to look at the store cameras to check if I had purchased the item there!!!. I bought the item sunday... went back Monday "not" return but to use the credit towards something else.... in the end left the item and didnt want my money back either as it was my lunch.
