Hi,
I was looking at your business online recently and noticed a couple of things I thought might be worth sharing. Your Google review rating is currently around 3/5, which is a bit lower than some of your competitors. Since many customers rely on reviews when choosing where to go, this could affect how people see your business.
I’m Emmanuel, from Emminex_Digital Agency. We work with local businesses to help them strengthen their online presence. For example, we recently worked with GreenLeaf Spa, and after making some simple updates to their website and online reputation strategy, they saw a noticeable increase in bookings within just a few months.
Looking at your website, I spotted a few areas where small improvements could make a big difference, such as:
Adding a chatbot so visitors can ask questions or book even outside business hours.
Making the site faster and more mobile-friendly, since many people browse on their phones.
Using clearer calls-to-action (CTAs) to guide people to contact or book.
Enhancing review management to build trust and improve visibility on Google.
I thought these insights might be useful to you. If you’d like, I’d be happy to share a few more practical ideas that could help you get more out of your online presence — no strings attached.
Would a short call this week work better for you, or would you prefer I send some notes by email?
Warm regards, Sofolawe...
Read moreShopped at sephora and ulta for years. I'm a VIB member at sephora. I have never been into a location with such awkward and unprofessional staff. If one store doesn't carry a product I go to the other. I came in here to get Versace Perfume that sephora didn't have along with some lashes bc ulta has wider selection as well as some gloss and brow pencil. I asked if they had the perfume in stock and for a rep to pull my perfume. Obviously I know they walk it to tue front (understandable). But she then proceeded to follow me while I was having trouble finding lashes. U cant just choose lashes u have to measure them bc their lengths are not on the box, the rep kept walking by as if I was trying to steal. I was wearing yoga attire and. LV crossbody. Where am I going to stick 5 boxes of lashes and brow pencil and gloss. What a joke 😂 I work in VIP hospitality here in LV. Here's a suggestion staff. GREET your customers like professionals. Make them feel WELCOME and do your job to assist/ help and reccomend products to make your sales quota. Don't harass customers that come in obviously spending money. Harass people who look sketchy and are not buying anything. I bought my stuff and even as I left they were alloof. Like emotionless robots. Perhaps take a hospitality training course to be personable...
Read moreI always loved this store. Ever since I discovered it, I bought my Clinique and Estée Lauder Cosmetic not for full price in department stores anymore. Here the very same products are sometimes about half of what you would pay somewhere else. They just don’t always have everything. So you might have to come again and again. Last time they didnt have a certain anti aging Creme from Estée Lauder and I asked the sales lady for an alternative. She recommended - what I discovered only at home because the print was so small and I couldn’t read it- a sunscreen cream. Next day I came back to exchange that sunscreen . They refused the exchange because it was a sale. They would not consider that I had not opened the cream nor that I am a loyal customer for many years and that the sales person had made a mistake. I am very disappointed. Poor customer service and poor product knowledge. Summary: great store and concept - but beware what you buy, don’t rely on the staff, and know, they...
