I really like how they are taking precautions for COVID. They sprayed down all the chairs and all their tools were sanitized. They really have a great system to ensure they’re keeping their salon clean. I really appreciated their focus when it came to making sure once you walk in you feel comfortable. They have vents on each side of the tables on the wall and above. I really liked how they have everything so nicely organized. They have a lot of different colors to chose from whether your doing Gel, Dip or regular polish. They even have a book to make it easy to see. Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is also very nicely done.

Having said that, I’m really disappointed with the quality of the dip powder I got. A little over a week and 3 nails have chipped. I noticed that they didn’t put the top coat. They only put the clear shiny coat on top. I had asked about that but she said don’t worry it’s ok. So I didn’t say anything else because about it. I’ve been doing dip powder for the past 3-4 years so I’m very familiar. I’ve always had the clear powder go on last then once everything is buffed and polished the clear liquid top coat goes on. The cost is bit pricey as well. The salon I frequent to is only $40 and so far other salons that I’ve seen are about $40-42. This place is $50. Their child manicure is $25 and most places are $15. They do have monthly specials which is a good incentive.

My daughter got a manicure (12 yr). She really liked the outcome and did a good job but she said her nail tech was very rough. Her cuticles on a couple fingers were cut and when the tech pushed the cuticle back it hurt a little. He did take it easy when she pulled back and flinched a little.

I will still come here occasionally because I want to help support local businesses but only for...

I was not overly impressed w this place. I went with a friend and she booked a pedicure and I had a gel pedicure. We sat down at the same time but noticed she was done a lot earlier than I was. I questioned if she had gotten a massage at all because I wasn’t sure I had gotten one either (mind you I was still having my service). The nail technician said she did and the reason the service was so short was because my friend didn’t have gel polish to take off like I did. Then I asked my technician what pedicure I was getting and she said a gel one (which is what I wanted) but I was getting charged an extra $20 because it was gel. The prices were a lot more than my usual place and I definitely get more than a 2 min massage. The money isn’t a huge thing but I’m surprised you don’t get more of a ā€œtreatmentā€ here. Also the technician, who was named Yaya, was aggressive when coming back to tell us why my friends service was so short compared to mine. She even said she gets lots of good reviews and for us to look it up. I didn’t appreciate the tone and approach she took especially us being customers. We were just asking a question about the service since we had not come here before. Well that’s great and I’m sure true, but that doesn’t change the fact we had not a great service. My technician was great and she did a decent job, but the attitude and service of my friend’s technician really left a bad taste in my mouth. Nonetheless, I’ll be heading back to my usual spot. Plus, the parking in this shopping...

Super disappointing. I took my daughter here for a treat mani/pedi before the holidays. I had been going there previously with no real issues. I realize that they were very busy for the holiday rush, but they couldn't get us in and out fast enough. The moment my daughter and I put our feet in the water for the pedicure, they were emptying out the water and rushing through our toes. My gel on my hands is clumpy. There was no enjoyment and comfort in the process as a mani/pedi should be. My daughter was finished with her mani/pedi within 30 minutes! Yes, she is 11, but it was still very abrupt and fast, all done right there in the pedicure chair. I was a little longer because I had gel, but I was finished within 45 minutes. And the prices for the work were inappropriate. While the location is convenient for us, we will not be returning. There was no finesse. They were very abrupt and too fast. Seemed like we were just in there for a polish change which we were not. I had Don, daughter had Nika. Too much in cost plus a nice tip for the...

I am pretty upset with the Glossary Nail Spa. Just had my nails done today - I came in for a fill. My nail tech told me that I had to get my old acrylics removed so she could put new tips on (I thought she meant she would soak them!). She then used the plastic tips to dig under my acrylic nails to pop them off. I kept saying it hurt really bad and she kept going. This is not standard and it damages nails so much. I almost cried from pain and I’m icing my hands at home right now. For my pointer finger, the old stuff wasn’t coming off so she used a nail clipper to try to remove it but she accidentally went under my real nail and made me bleed. She did apologize. She didn’t ask me to wash my hands or anything so there’s dried blood under my nails (the brown stuff in the picture). I’m worried I’m going to get an infection. The end product is included in a picture. The other side of my pointer finger has a large glop of polish - another picture.

Initially, worst gel fill I’ve ever had. The technician was very hurried and didn’t want to fix the uneven nails she filed. Only did one color coat and one top coat. After arguing with her about the uneven filing I didn’t feel comfortable asking for a second coat of color and top coat. Additionally she removed the apex from my nails so now they look flat and thin. See photos. Technician was Thi. UPDATE: I was contacted by ownership and offered to have the nails fixed at no charge. Tiffany re-filled my hard gel manicure and did a great job with the color. She took time and care. Very happy with her. I will say if you want a hard gel manicure, this might not be the best place. Even the best techs there clearly aren’t thoroughly trained in hard gel shaping/apex building. I will sing the praises of management and Tiffany for standing by their good work and fixing problem promptly when they fall short.
