Brooke was a fantastic help with our stay. She made sure we had everything we needed. We had 24 people in our group and the mansion fit everyone perfectly. The Kitchen was to die for and worked well for group meals. My organization was in town for SEMA and we were able to fit at least a dozen vehicles on the property as well.

*WE WOULD GIVE NO STARS *This company is a scam. DO NOT TRUST. We paid $12800 for a 3 night rental for 13 people. Reservation was paid in full, we received our confirmation and even the day of arrival, we received an email with our check in procedure. We had an airport shuttle drop us off at this house. We had 13 people standing in the street with our luggage, in front of the gate waiting to enter. We were met by the ARMED security guards of the people that were actually there in the house. The only way to communicate was through vrbo. The message I received back was a cancellation our reservation, with a "sorry, for the last minute cancellation, their company had double booked" They did not have anywhere else for us to go. They did not help us with getting transportation out of there. They did not even have any suggestions for us, 13 stranded, out of state, people with luggage and NO WHERE TO GO. They DID NOT compensate us for ANYTHING. We had to stand in the street with all of our luggage, find transportation, and accommodations for 12 rooms somewhere else last minute, at...

Super Luxury Mansion in Las Vegas! We stayed at D&D Mansion in October last year. The most unique luxury mansion we have ever stayed with our family! Incredibly huge compound with three buildings, Main house with Venetian style, two story casita, and spa house. My family enjoyed the resort-like heated pool and spa, huge kitchen, and outdoor BBQs. The kids love the playground in the property, and many more fun amenities! The host and whole team was amazing! Always available when we have question during our stay. We are sure we want to come back and would like to rent their other villas next time! Highly...

Original Review below. Seems like my point of contact was no longer with the company and this ended up being resolved by the owner. I would definitely be open to working with them in the future as a result!

I had made a booking for a home rental for 3/22 to 3/26 through Will Horn (willie.horn@totalmaxhome.com). Because of Covid19, our booking was cancelled but no refund has been issued. For reference, this is a $12,000 booking.

I have sent 2 follow-ups (March 17th and March 20th) with no responses.
