The best massage I ever had I can feel all of my blood flowing through me. However the spa needs to work more on their business side. They need to disclose a price and be more honest. I was quoted one price over the phone and when I came in there was another price and the rep told me there was a charge for using a debit card. After the massage I thought I already paid fully and the front counter lady was extremely rude and yelled “you need to pay her I said plus tips over the phone”. She was lying she did not disclose any of this over the phone it was a surprise. They have great talent and should have more confidence in themselves by not lying and begging for tips. That should be left up to the customer for tipping. The shop should just have a flat rate and pay the masseuse accordingly rather than charge multiple times. Unfortunately this business has so much potential although they are overwhelmingly demanding and not properly advise before hand . I am a certified neurovascular massage thearpist and from a professional stand point it’s disappointing. I scheduled for 4 massages and stated a price through phone then when going into location advised me only take cash (okay I did not mind went to atm and withdrew money ) then advised mandatory to pay tip . If you pay for a service and like the service and comes from your heart you tip not demand tip when being rude unprofessional...

I always enjoy my facial time at Energy spa. The masseuse is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. I trust her for selecting the type of facial I should get for my skin condition.
