Hunan Rice Noodle — Restaurant in Spring Valley

I recently visited Hunan Rice Noodle Restaurant and unfortunately, I was quite disappointed with my experience. While the restaurant's ambiance was pleasant, the food left a lot to be desired. The portions were small for the high prices, and the taste was mediocre at best. To make matters worse, the service was subpar, with staff being slow to take our orders and not attentive to our needs.

Ok I am being generous with 4 stars as the lady who took the order was nice and my take out order was quick in less than 5 minutes. There's only 1 customer in this late afternoon. The spicy and sour intestine with rice noodles were in separate containers which is good to prevent the home made noodles (according to them noodles were made on premise) from getting too soggy. It was still fairly hot when I got home. Portion was smaller than I expected at $12.99+tax. Not much noodles (which though smooth but not blowing me away). The intestines were quite sparce.
