So I went to this store just to pick up a mouse for my computer. I didn't know I would end up being involved in a bunch of nonsenese. I go to checkout, and they dont have the traditional Best Buy checkout line. The lines are at Customer Service. So I get in line, and there is one guy in front of me, and then Im told that Im in the wrong line (they didn't have anything marked) I was told I was in the customer service line so I moved to the other side. As Im waiting in the other line, the guy in front of me from the other line is at the counter. Then the guy that was working the register in front of me took a guy from the other side. I let them know that I was there before the guy. The customer and the guy behind the register responded with "he was there before me". THIS WAS A LIE!!! THEN THE GUY BEHIND THE REGISTER SAID THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE OR PICKUPS TAKE PRIORITY over a customer just buying something. Then he had the nerve to call another guy from the other line who then let me go in front of him. I spoke with the manager, and he told me that customer pickups were not a priority. So much of what we buy is now done online, it's hard for these stores to stay relevant. Went into Best Buy looking for specific technology item, which the employees noted was in stock based on their inventory records, however it took a very long time for them to locate the item.
