UPDATE: I went in for the third try on a Z Fold 5 interior screen protector replacement. The manager Julie (sorry if I misspelled your name) was extremely helpful, and the reason this is 5 stars. I was disappointed to have to go in 3 times. However, the final results are well worth it. Due to a bad batch of these screen protectors, bubbles and lines from top to bottom were forming after less than 3 hours. The protector was also not centered on the screen and caused a bubble at the bottom left of the screen. The newest screen protector has been on for more than 24 hours and has not formed any (new) errors. The only present error is at the bottom left. There is a very small bubble due to it not being perfectly centered. This bubble is much smaller than the first and second installed protector. Due to it being so small and just wanting to be done with traveling to their store I feel this small spot is acceptable as it does not impact the phone visually and is not in a spot I would potentially cause it to worsen. I did, however, have an unpleasant conversation with an employee who failed to mention his name when I called. This employee lied to me saying they had the new box of the interior screen protectors, which the manager Julie confirmed was not the case, and also tried blaming my phone for the errors. As of this point, my phone's newest protector is working fine, so clearly, not the phone. I did not appreciate this conversation with the un named employee. Thank you, Julie.
Went in for a Samsung Z Fold 5 interior screen protector replacement. I was assisted by Kyle D. THIS IS A CERTIFIED SHOP FOR THIS REPLACEMENT. The screen replacement was covered by samsung, which was great. Otherwise, it would have been about $22. I was quoted a wait time of one hour, and I walked out at that 60-minute mark, which is always great. They also threw in a small cleaning in exchange for this review. Overall, everything is good except for small areas of bubbling under the screen protector. This is especially present at the bottom left corner. It appears the left side is due to the screen protector not being placed directly in the center and instead placed on the left edge. I must specify that these are small errors. If I had to pay I would have asked for the small spots to worked a bit more but considering it was covered and knowing I'll have to do it again in roughly a year I'm sure it will cure with pressure applied aside form the left edge application. Overall, I am happy and will return when the service is next due. Thank you, Kyle D!
UPDATE (before repair): Less than three hours later and the second screen protector is forming lines in the center of the screen.
I had to have a new screen protector put on because the previous one lasted less than 3 hours before making crackling sounds and forming bubbles/lines from top to bottom. They said they think they received a bad batch of these interior screen protectors, which is what caused the defect as well as being so far off center. It being placed on the left edge is creating a bubble in the bottom corner that I worry will get progressively worse in time. They said they would contact me after recieve new interior screen protectors and will replace it a second time.
I am leaving the review at four stars for now due to the current conditions and will change it after the final screen protector is applied. As well as...
Read moreDue to a rough and overenegetic sleep over, my son ended up with a broken PS4. We found this location, and were instructed that the device would cost about $200 dollars to repair the internal component. Glad it was fixable, we paid ahead and the repair took about two or so weeks as we were instructed that the part must be ordered before installation. The time passes and we are called for a pick up some time later. Arriving at the store, an employee / technician was unable to locate my device with receipt / SN# and eventually someone came from the back indicating it was still at a workstation unmarked. They did not return the power cord and the device came back really dirty and covered in dust. The employee proceeded to hand it over the counter with zero additional comments or confirmation of completion of work (testing, part list, or otherwise) and walked back around the wall separating the front of the store.
Upon arrival home, we were gifted a replacement PS4 from one of the boys who stayed at our home and had been at fault for breaking the mentioned above PS4. It was a generous replacement and with the original now fixed (and in hand), or so we thought, we decided to store in away. At the time we were doing home repairs and with the machine in original boxing, we would put it away until a renovation of our entertainment room was complete. This would allow us to use one in our upstairs and downstairs areas. Upon completion of that room, two months later, we set up the console and go to operate the repaired PS4 and it doesn't turn on. A bunch of attempts and confusion later, We call PS4 support and go through standard tech support with no luck. Thinking this is strange, the machine went from repair, to original packaging in car, to closet, to tv stand, we decided to call the repair location.
Upset, we provide a scope of what happened to the technician team. They respond with "you should have tested it at home sooner" and as its tested before leaving the store (not in front of customer), its our fault. They offer no further support other then to try to sell us another $200 dollar repair and we refuse.
We decide to take it to another business who verifies that the original casing was never removed, cleaned, or repaired, and that the PS4 warranty sticker which lies over the bolt that holds the housing down has never been removed either. They confirm that it appears the original job was never completed and the same part which we paid so much for is still broken. They offer a discount, and we have it repair and before leaving the store verifiy it's completed operation before taking it home.
Overall we paid twice for a terrible job not to get done the first time, received poor service, and felt the location was extremely dishonest. In the future I would suggest having all devices tested in front of customer before you leave the store because this location was not as it's...

Got the managers name, Julie and spoke with her. She told me nothing was done to Xbox. She said they noticed it didn’t power on, (even though they could not test for this before) and therefore did not do any repairs. The HDMI port was clearly replaced as it is not loose anymore. Spoke the manager Julie several times between me and my wife. She explained that they would take care of the diagnostic charge but there was nothing they could do about it not powering on. She stated my wife signed a paper that said they were unable to test for power. Julie also says this is the reason they are not responsible. As I stated to her, an HDMI concern does not prevent you from testing for power. She agreed and even went as far as saying this specific employee has been written up for this same thing before. How would I know that unless she told me? It will come to light once the BBB starts investigating. Upon pickup my wife asked for the notes on the work that was done, the first employee started to do it but Julie stopped her and told her no, she said we were not allowed to have those notes. I then called to talk to Julie and was treated very poorly. I was told she was busy in the back and would call me back, I told them I would hold, employee came back on the phone and then said I wasn’t allowed to hold, that they had other customers to take care of, I then started pleading my case to this other employee, Julie joins the conversation about halfway though me talking, as if she was listening to us on speakerphone the whole times and chimes in by saying the same thing she told my wife, which is basically, they’re not going to give us any notes or assistance towards a new x box, she once again referred to the paper my wife signed, which again, doesn’t make sense. You should always be able to test for power and Julie even agreed to that. Also, do take notice of the screw on the back of my x box that they drilled into it and cracked it. They said that’s how they soldered it back shut. What kind of place is this? This review is one of many steps to get this situation rectified. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE, LOOK AT THEIR...
