Today, I decided to go to Starbucks due to the dreary weather that we've been having. Your coffee is so good but considered a treat for me. So I went and grabbed a coworker and myself coffee, and I got a little sandwich too. When I got to the drive through, both times I asked for a specific sandwich, you were out. I understand that you're mainly a coffee establishment but why would you have the items on the menu if you aren't going to have them available? Secondly, I ordered two White Chocolate Mochas. It's the same drink I order every time I go to Starbucks. I received my drinks, and continued on to work. I realize as I'm taking my first swig of coffee that it's PEPPERMINT MOCHA, not White Chocolate Mocha. I know that I did not order a Peppermint Mocha because I do not like Peppermint Mocha, and I always order the same thing every time I go. So I paid almost $20 for drinks that I did not order. Read moreOverall, employees are polite, friendly and do a great job, especially considering how busy they are. I also see them wiping tables frequently. One star off due to Abby's attitude and continuous policing of the fireplace. She is constantly watching to see if the fireplace is on. I have seen her walk by those sitting next to it and shut it off a dozen times. One time a few weeks ago, it was below zero outside and everyone sitting inside was wearing coats. Freezing blasts of cold air would hit us when a customer would enter or exit. She walked right by us and turned the fireplace off. Anyone who frequents this location has witnessed it, and we all just roll our eyes and chuckle at her obsession. They consistently got my orders wrong, and I still kept coming back due to the convenient location. This changed when they got my drink order wrong and didn’t secure the cup lid properly and it fell off as I tried to take a sip. Incompetence combined with safety concerns — I decided to take a break. Today I was driving by and decided to give them a second chance. I ordered a London Fog (Earl Gray tea latte) which they made without vanilla (their standard recipe calls for vanilla) and a slice of pumpkin loaf warmed — they did not warm it. So ...
