Under Armour Factory House - Outlets Ocean City — Attraction in Ocean City

Just had the absolute BEST customer experience with an exchange at this Under Armour location. Marco/Marcus. He began the transation offering lots of patience and friendliness. Once we found a workable solution, he had the store manager, Leana, come over to assist with the end of the transation. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and personable.

The store was well maintained, clean, and well stocked.

I have not had that kind of positive customer experience in a long time from anywhere! And the icing on the cake was this all happened on 12/26, probably one of the busiest return days after Christmas. Just want to shout out the good, because in this world, we hear the bad FAR to often. Thanks...

I usually do not shop brand name anymore, I am not a teenager you know how that changes I don't need really expensive prices anymore. BUT!!! I was amazed at the products with this brand, and the sale they had on shoes. I bought 2 (two) pairs of shoes for 100.00. They weren't uncomfortable they are sooooo comfortable, I love being comfortable 😌, comfort overrides. This is one shop I will definitely return. Top of the line under armor clothes, shoes, etc for outlet prices. They always have a pretty good selection in the clearance area, and normally have some kinda buy two for whatever sale. They have really good customer service. The womens side and mens/kids side are separate which is kinda weird but their is a cool phone charging station connecting the two 'departments'.
