I have a Complain. I have to file I am going to report this to the Better Business Bureau for stealing money and business practice. Yesterday I came in to get a deluxe pedicure and manicure with no gel. I even picked out a nail polish that had no gel in it and told the tech Hannah what color and no gel. The technician put gel on my toes and I told her I did not want gel and then proceeded to go over to get the manicured going She was trying to hide the other bottle of gel and put it on my fingers, and when I told her twice that I did not want that she then tried to proceed to take my payment without completed the service, and then your manager did not handle the situation to the point where another customer was screaming at me because I was trying to talk to Lee about my service experience and she did not handle it and stole money for me because the only thing I should've been paying for was the $55 pedicure but she went ahead so an extra $20 on top of that without my consent and when I tried to ask her receipt, she would not provide it for me when I asked her about the owners information she told me that this operation does not have a owner which is a huge concern if this is illegal LLC establishment and I am going to file a complaint with the Mall so it's on record so when your lease needs to be renewed that they can look out the complaints from customers in the area based off of the business practice already contacted Wells Fargo I want entire refund of the $75 since the service was not successfully complete for the product and service and I also got an entire nail service that I did not ask for please have an owner or someone higher up get back to me before I contact the mall again. Your Manager Lee should be fired for the way she handled business yesterday, and it literally had me leaving crying for how rude and disrespectful she was and caused me to be late to my dinner based off the entire action of this establishment I am really living in this will not be my last email until we get this resolved, or I will be taking you to civil court and that was the suggestion from the Mall security due to Lee threatening me to call Mall security when I'm trying to speak to her about getting a resolution to my product and service, which was not donewhich is why I'm having an email someone higher up since Lee was lying and causing a bigger problem and needed to be

Also Hana shady tech trying to put gel polish on my toes and my fingers...thank god I caught her trying to pull a fast one and for me to call her out and shame on Lee the manager who listen to me complain and told me I had to pay for gel since Hana put gel on my toes. Wicked rude team and women I'll file a complaint with security already, now the mall leadership team and Now BBB and emailed the operation. If I don't hear back I'm taking them to civil court. Also the manager didn't care if I was ADA and was making fun of me and the situation so unprofessional and reporting them to better business BBB.
Posted my two days photo and proof the bad service and job on top off my hands don't match my toes on top of that the polish on my toes looks sloppy and is also a gel polish which I'm allergic to so in heaven my allergy issues the last two days 48 hours. Also, the manager Lee lied about that there was no owner for this operation when now I am back-and-forth via email finding out that the owners out of the country and just had one of their employees be completely rude to me when I'm trying to come up with a solution to this weird situation and tell me that I am wrong and that they will not refund me the $75 do not go here be aware how serious this Google review is, I have a skin condition break it out because of the gel polish. I have a service and product that was not complete.Thank you guys for hanging up on me i've been trying to call to get those resolved and staff who will just hang up on you steal your money.

I've really enjoyed getting to know her. My review is specifically with the front desk attendant. She consistently provides poor customer service. I had to reschedule an appointment. So when I called and did so, I stood at my calendar to make sure the times offered were available for me. The attendant told me 12:30. I repeated it back to her, she confirmed, and I wrote it down. I also double penned it in on my phone. I did receive a text message reminder a couple of days before, which I didn't look at because I already remembered my appointment. Had I done that I'd have caught the scheduling mishap and arrived before noon. When I arrived for my appointment at 12:15, thinking I'm early, I walk in and greet the front desk girl. She's rude from the start and doesn't greet me back like normal but says "How can I help you?" I let her know I have an appointment with Tina for 12:30 and she says no! Your appointment was for noon and you didn't show! So she had someone else now. All of this is fine and dandy. It's the way she spoke to me and handled the situation. This was her mistake and she never once apologized or acknowledged she simply could have told me the wrong time. She also lied, telling me she called my phone at noon and it "went straight to voicemail". Then why not leave a voicemail? I received no calls and let her know that. I ended up seeing Tina, but not for an hour later. I would have gladly owned had this been my mistake, and I wouldn't have been upset. I'm very upset at how I was spoken to. What's more she was talking about me to Tina as I walked up to pay and walked off without rescheduling me. At that point I was so upset that I just left. I'm a regular and this girl is consistently unprofessional. I've heard her gossip about other clients before, such as the people who left the review 3 weeks ago. I'm sure it can be difficult to deal with angry customers, but a person can't constantly treat regulars or paying customers like this. I would appreciate her boss or the owner...
