The selection is surprisingly limited for a store selling product from a single company. Every time that I have stopped in, if the product I am searching for is not brand new or part of the 40k or AoS line, it's probably not in stock. My FLGS has a wider variety of Games Workshop products, though certainly not as comprehensive as a dedicated Warhammer store.

If you're not in a rush, the staff seems than happy to order whatever kit you're after.

New to the hobby: we have visited around 5 shops. This was our favorite experience. Despite being new to the hobby my boyfriend has read over 12 books and knows the lore but I don’t. The guy that was working was happy to hold conversation with me and my limited knowledge. The lore is quite extensive but he was able to brake it down. Just happened to notice the sign from the road and stopped in with my kids to check it out. The model selection is excellent and the staff is super helpful. We got lessons on painting and learned all sorts of great stuff about Warhammer. It was really cool to see all the expert painted models as well as some by local hobbyists. Also, their selection of paints is excellent. You can also practice painting techniques there and get immediate feedback....
