I cannot say enough good things about Meg, at the Zales at the Seattle Premium Outlet Mall! Recently, my 15 year old wedding ring lost a diamond, and one of the posts. Long story short, after sending my ring to two diff locations, it was determined that my ring could not be repaired, due to the location and cut of the diamond. Since we had purchased the warranty, we were given the option to essentially trade in my broken ring set as credit towards something new. I was super sad to have to say goodbye to my ring set after having it for 15 years, therefore was really on the struggle bus when trying to pick a replacement, but Meg was a rockstar!! She was SO kind and SO patient with me and truly went above and beyond to assist me and my husband in finding a replacement that I felt happy with. She really did the most! She never made us feel pressured into making a purchase we werenât comfortable with and she never made us feel rushed, or like a âtransactionâ. She made me feel like I was one of her friends and I could tell she truly cared about finding something I would be happy with. I could go on and on about how stellar her service was! I will forever go to Meg, and recommend her to anyone I know, for all our jewelry needs/wants!! Meg deserves a raise! Sheâs truly an asset to their team!    Read moreFirst off you should know that you have to personally go into this Zales every month to make a payment on anything you have on layaway. The sales associate failed to tell me that till after my first transaction and it was too late to change my mind. So if you live far from the outlet mall or live in Canada (lots of people shop at the outlet mall from Canada) just keep that in mind, If I had known this I would have not put anything on layaway and donât plan on doing it again at this location. Itâs just very incontinent and somewhat sketchy. Every single jewelry store I have ever put anything pricy on layaway has always had multiple options when it came to making a payment. When I asked what the reason was for Zales to not take payment over the phone or on line for layaway the manager said âWe have had some problems in the pastâ. Not exactly sure if she was meaning problems with customers or problems with employees taking personal payment information over the phone but I wish I knew all of this before I started putting money into a ring at this Zales location.    Read moreI cannot say how wonderful the customer service was here that I received from both Mimi and Meg. I came in looking for one of the Disney enchanted rings and they found one for me for an amazing price. We were having trouble ordering it, as it was not sold in the store. They tried to call the card services that evening and at that time, we were not able to get the problem resolved. The next day, Meg called me after doing research as to why there were issues and found a resolution. I found that very nice. Both were very friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond, which is so hard to find these days in customer service. For any of my future jewelry purchases, I will be returning to this specific location due to Meg and Mimi's exceptional customer sevice skills....
