I went in a couple days before Mother’s Day to buy mother a purse and received excellent and helpful service. The leather on the bag began to chip off in one spot after two weeks. I had a one year warranty on the purse so I brought it bag to exchange it for a new one. The blonde manger lady was so rude and said it wasn’t their fault because it looked like food was on the spot where the leather was chipping... she wouldn’t replace the purse, after leaving the store a bit confused why the warranty wouldn’t cover it I called and a very helpful employee told me that of course they would replace it and was confused on why whoever helped me wouldn’t exchange the bag for me. Anyways I went back into the store and told them my situation and the blonde manager came out and was extremely rude and passive aggressive to me and the employee who helped me on the phone. She did end up replacing the purse but was so unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome and I feel bad for all the employees there that have to...

The customer service is HORRIBLE. We went in to buy 3 bags and 2 wallets. Not one single associate asked us if we were ok or if we needed anything. This is NOT my first time here. We also brought in 2 friends to purchase 2 bags and 1 wallet. The girls working the floor were more interested in making plans for their weekend. The worst part of it all was when I HAD to interrupt their conversation for a quick question. I simply asked if the bag and wallet I wanted was part of the promo. The girl straight looked at me and said NO without even checking the price. The lady who checked me out was horrified that we were treated that way. Will I go back???? H*LL NO. Shame on them. Shame. Bad experience with customer services Beware! The Manager lady was aggressive rude. My friend found the bag she like to purchase. She asking for stocking one so manager said what is wrong the one in your hand? So my friend said she want to spend money and choose the best one. I think it’s nothing wrong if one want to compare.

Then surprisingly on the way to check out she still coming back to insulted her again at the counter. How rude is that as a manager?!
