True Religion — Local services in Marysville

I cannot explain how awful of service I received today. First off, there was a sweatshirt I was really wanting to buy, but there were two employees, who seemed to not be doing anything aside from chatting away, who were blocking my way. So I couldn't get the sweatshirt, and when I had asked them to help me get the sweatshirt, they completely ignored me.

Secondly, it seemed like the two who were basically gossiping weren't helping their other coworkers even though they were visibly stressed out.

Thirdly, the older gal who was a part of basically not helping their coworkers, acted extremely unprofessional by lecturing and talking down to her employees in front of everyone. She practically made the other employee start to cry, and it made me feel angry because she didn't deserved to be basically yelled at. I have been shopping here for the past couple of months, and have always had a wonderful experience there. Except for today when it was such a hostile environment that I had to walk out. Whoever that old lady was- I think her name was Susan? Made my experience today god awful. All of the other workers are so sweet and helpful, sometimes I just come in just to talk to them. I will never shop there again if I see that older...

My son loves their clothes, but I sure don't love their horrible customer service or their changing shipping fees. I bought some clothes and used Klarnna, so next day delivery wasn't available. Ok I get that, so I repurchased an outfit (I already bought) so I could have it delivered on a specific day. That was another $250.00 paid for next day overnight shipping which was $43.00. I look at my receipt the shipping price increased to $47.43. weird...but ok. I ordered on 11/13/24 at 10:00am. My order gets shipped 8am 11/14/24. That's the day I need the outfit?? That's why I paid $47.43...right?? Don't get the package until 11/15/24 after 5pm...totally missed the I don't get my package until

I am extremely upset. I purchased clothing for Christmas for my daughter at the Tualip store while I was on a holiday in November. Last friday I checked online to see store hours, it said closing 9 pm.I took off from work early drove 2 hours to get there and they were closed at 4 pm. Apparently the person who manages or works at the store cannot be there after 4pm for "religious reasons".I asked if they could send me a label and I would mail my stuff back, and all I got was a nope ! They tell me I have to drive all the way back to do the return. This is totally unacceptable and I will NEVER buy...
