I have a very bad experience at Zion Market. The cashier did not stay behind the cash register and I need to wait for her to come back. I understand sometime store is busy but the problem is there is no line and everyone just stand there. I don't know what wrong with my cashier who kept running around and did not know what she is doing. She forgot to scan the item. Finally, she scanned it and I paid the item and waiting for her to go back to her cash register to press the button to print out the receipt. She spend 10 minutes to try to figure out how to do it and added something on the register that make me concern. She did not even ask anyone around her to help her. I just asked her what did you put in there. She started talking loud and said I did not charge you wrong and kept talking nonsense. It liked she did not understand me, don't know how to use cash register, and what the cash register computer is saying. I liked ok because she liked lost her mind. Suddenly, she told me to write down my name and phone number. I am not too understand what she say because she talked some Korean and English. I just guess what she mean because I worked as casher before. I assumed she said, "If the transaction did not go through correctly, she will contact me." I liked ok and gave it to her because I felt like this casher really didn't know how to use the register and she is so rude. I am surprise the store did not train her. Also, why is she not asking other cashier to help her? Why is she running around? Why is she so rude to customer even she provided me bad service? If next time I go there, I will never go to her. The main reason is she treated...

My family shops here often, but today my mother was made into an assumed liar for trying to use a gift card that she received from a family friend. She was given a gift card bought at this same store and she tried to use it there, but she was told it had a $0 balance, which can happen. But then someone who seems to be a manager or upper management, and she kept on questioning my mother assuming she was trying to cheat them by using a gift card that was already spent. My mom literally received the gift card 3 days ago (which is shown in the gift receipt we received), and we haven't shopped here since last week. It's a shame. The pin number is still hidden so there is no way for us to use it! They kept on asking her who she got the gift card from.. why does that matter? We're only trying to use a gift we received. It's a shame we are just assumed to be trying to cheat instead of it being an honest mistake. Had the manager been more understanding and not as aggressive when trying to fault my mom for an honest mistake this would not have...

Edit 2: They were kind and made sure that we were properly compensated and overall they've been kind and more pleasant to shop at. With that changing review to 5 stars
Edit: they were so kind and made progress to be kinder BUT during my last visit, a family friend bought us a gift card because they knew we come here often but when we went to use the gift card it seems the card was empty. We even have the gift receipt which shows all the information regarding the goft vard whichbwe showed them. While talking with the cashier and then someone who looks like a manager just assumed we had used a gift card, the gift card that our family friend bought for us on 12/9/23 (3 days ago) and tried to blame us for bringing a fake gift card or trying to reuse a card that was already used which annoyed me, but the kicker is they kept asking who I received this gift card from in a way that was like blaming me and the person who gifted me the card. This is a major breach in service. Especially in customer service, there should be an assumption that there was a system error rather than a customer error. Please do better, and don't just assume the customer is trying to cheat your company...
