I understand that with the pandemic things are different. However we paid a total of 80$ first class seats, 40$ a person because the first class car had air conditioning. I’m super disappointed because the sound system in which we were hearing the tour guide was so low we couldn’t hear a thing that was being said over the sounds of the train itself. No snacks, drinks offered due to COVID and the pandemic. (Which of course I understand) Looking at their prices from before the pandemic at 24$ first class adult tickets, in my opinion it’s way to high a hike in price for what you actually experience. I have a deep appreciation for service animals, However there were no notifications about allowing family pets on the train. There was a dog (non service animal) that sat behind Us and barked the entire ride. I personally feel if this was posted while purchasing tickets, I would have selected another seating option.
