Ben and Jerry’s is amazing. From the ice cream product to their outspokenness on social issues.

This place is filthy, poorly lit, and frankly depressing. Not exaggerating.

Employees seemed lackluster. No uniforms. Very minimum enthusiasm or professionalism. They mostly sat around, when in my opinion they should have been cleaning something … anything. —— I know, I know. Ben and Jerry are old hippies, but this is next level hippie dirty.

Ice cream we ordered seemed a little expensive and tasted somehow off… maybe old or not covered after long periods of not being scooped???

Just a side note, the wooden spoons are a good conscience utensil, but did not complement the ice cream. The texture and slight woody flavor were quality detractors.

Melanie came to our wedding reception to cater for us, and it was a highlight of our night. It was great to meet her, and the ice cream was a hit! She gracefully came in and set up in a professional manner, ensuring that she was where we wanted you to be. Her timing was great, and we appreciated her patience when we weren't quite ready to start offering dessert at the agreed-upon time. Her service was quick, polite, and respectful. There was plenty of ice cream, which many of our guests enjoyed. This was a great addition to our special night. She cleaned up and snuck out before I could even notice that she was gone and share our appreciation.

I have not stopped receiving compliments on Ben and Jerry's behalf.
