I usually come to this location once in a while but when I do itās always a welcoming greeting and almost everything that I need is at reach and I have easy access too which makes my shopping go way smooth . Though today I didnāt recieve a greeting as every customer deserves one .Today at 12:30 I was shopping when I had to use the restroom . I would have thought they would have the bathroom automatically opened to the customers but no turns out you have to get an employee to open it for you . I wish I would have gotten her name but as I said excuse me I noticed her expression was semi annoyed and indifferent like if I knew her or something . All I was asking was Hey do you have to open the bathroom for us ? All she did was nod her head like how unprofessional. Iām a human being I can speak and understand like there is no need to nod your head in that manner . I felt really uncomfortable as she opened it for me to which I replied thank you ! I said it with such grace and tended to my business . I wish there were other employees around so maybe I wouldnāt have had to ask her . They put a helpful employee however in the checkout section who was very polite and communicated very well with me . I truly felt like I was seen . He also made sure my checkout experience went...

The manager saw me walking towards the door as he already had it open to let an employee in to start the day and walked away from it as I was approaching. That was strike one. Then I asked if they had the freeze dried candy and he had his back turned towards me and said theyāre in the tower. I asked what tower (Iāve never been to this location before), he said over thereā¦.that was strike 2. Finally, I went to check out and his employee apparently wearing some shoes that are deemed inappropriate to company standards but he could have handled the situation better. He spoke to her in a very rude tone. I understand she may have been out of dress code but itās not what you say itās how you say it. He clearly does not like his job witnessing how he treats customers and employees. When you are in a professional environment, that attitude needs to be checked at the door. He has ZERO personality and is the opposite of customer service. He's extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. I hate coming there and try to grab my items ASAP and get out. I've actually tried to speak to him a few times over the past year. He continues to be a miserable and unfriendly man.
