China Express — Restaurant in Conyers

Bad experience. I have come to this restaurant many times and have always had a good experience. Last night changed that. After buying food and tasting chicken it was uncooked. I attempted to provide this feedback to Women at cashier of Asian decent but she chose to disrespect me through yelling at me , accusing me of doing this many times which this is the first time I have ever brought this issue to the restaurant and chose to bring up things I did in the past which I believe she confused me with another black man ( we don’t all look the same ) I tried to speak but she continued to cut me off , walk away and help other customers. After realizing I could not communicate my issue with her I chose to throw away the food and go home. Feedback for this young woman, please learn customer service and how to put your customer first. Learn about the experience you wish to have when your at a business and try to think about how you would like to be treated. Learn how to communicate without yelling , walking away and attacking the person your speaking to. Learn how to treat each person equally no matter the color of their skin , how they are dressed or where they come from. "Dollar Fifty Scoop," is what I call this place, and what a wonderful place it is. A cross between Chinese restaurants and a lower quality Panda Express, there truly is no better place to eat if you're on a budget. Finding this place has truly been a blessing since moving to Conyers. The staff are so friendly and patient, and while some of the customers can be truly terrible and greedy people (You're paying$1.50 for a monster scoop of food, stop being picky), the employees take it in stride. Jenny is one of the kindest employees I've seen since coming to Georgia. I've literally never seen her not working, which I kind of feel bad about, but her beaming smile is always there to greet you. It's not the best Chinese food you'll find in Georgia by a long shot, but for $1.50 for a scoop of food that almost fills half of a take-out container, you won't find anywhere else even remotely better than this place. Have gone here many, many times, and will continue coming here for as long as I'll live in Conyers. I'd even support them if they have to raise prices again, which I'm so surprised hasn't happened considering the state of...

After dining here multiple times, I will NEVER return! My son ordered 2 shrimp egg rolls. He tasted one of them and didn't like it so I tried it. When I bit into the egg roll I immediately smelled that it had soured and spit the bite I had taken into a napkin. I went to the counter and told the person that the egg rolls smelled and tasted badly. She began to try to convince me that they are supposed to smell that way and started talking about the vendor. I told her I've eaten cabbage and shrimp many times and neither are supposed to smell like that. She continued to argue her point and I told her the food smells and tastes bad and I don't want them. She finally refunded the $3 I paid for them but continued to argue even after I had returned to the table. My family and I packed up our remaining items and walked out of the restaurant for the last time. They just lost customers over a $3 item and their RUDE, INCONSIDERATE, SELFISH customer service.
